k so basically i have to lose 2kg AT LEAST this week and look toned af. i have been very fat lately soo this week will be tough
sw: like 55?
here鈥檚 a bunch of rules 4 myself:
1. eat as less as possible
2. no snacks daily at all!!!
3. eat vegan - so no chocolate
4. no no no liquid calories
5. log food every day as well as weight!
my plan:
sunday: lunch WORKOUT&RUNNING
monday: omad- lunch WORKOUT&RUNNING
tuesday: lunch& small dinner WORKOUT&RUNNING
wednesday: don鈥檛 eat anything at school, only lunch at home WORKOUT
thursday: only dinner - have something small for lunch WORKOUT&RUNNING
friday: lunch & dinner WORKOUT&RUNNING
saturday: breakfast & lunch WORKOUT&RUNNING
sunday: lunch & snack w my friends WORKOUT

goals for christmas:
body:
- get my arms to look thinner
- be able to see my b0nes more
- less thigh fat and hip/stomach fat
- smaller back!! / less back fat
food:
- smaller appetite
