Hey guys just a PSA, unfortunately, a mod corrupted my game and I had to delete the save (trust me I tried rolling it back), The good news though is I had just uploaded all of my sims and buildings into the gallery so I don't have to restart everyone. It will take me just a little bit to get everyone back in game and updated so bear with me while I work on that.

Dowager Empress interred into the James IV Chapel at St. Peter's Abbey

Members of the Nobility and foreign royals were on hand to see Her Imperial Majesty Empress Mary The Dowager Empress off one final time as she was laid to rest next to her husband the late Charles IV. The Imperial Family honored Her Late Imperial Majesty by again lining the walk into the Abbey to see their mother, grandmother, sister in law, aunt and friend off one final time. After a touching tribute and funeral and in a private affair for the family and close friends Her Imperial Majesty was lowered into the family crypt with her husband.

Procession from St. Anne's Cathedral to St. Peter's Abbey

The Procession behind the funeral carriage left from St. Anne's on it's way to St. Peter's Abbey where the Late Dowager Empress will be interred next to her husband, Father in law and Mother in Law in the James IV Chapel in St. Peter's Abbey ( also buried there is James IV only sister Princess Carolina). Joining the procession was Her Royal Highness Princess Abigail who attended on behalf of her father who has been in Ill health.

A car carrying Her Imperial Highness The Duchess of Snowport and The Earl and Countess of Hereford left for the Abbey ahead of the procession, The Duchess has been in Ill health for years and is unable to stand for long periods of time. A source confirmed that Her Imperial Highness wanted to be able to stand as The Dowager Empress' coffin went into the abbey so they left to arrive ahead of the procession. Stay tuned for Her Imperial Majesty final entrance into the Abbey where she married into the family over 60 years ago.

Empress Mary laid to rest in State Funeral

Her Imperial Majesty The Dowager Empress was laid to rest today in a beautiful Full State Funeral. Her Late Imperial Majesty has laid in state in St. Anne's Cathedral in St. Thomas Palace since her passing last week. Thousands have turned out to pay their respects to their beloved Empress. The Palace expecting a large turn out had warming areas for the people to stay warm and regularly passed out coffee, tea or hot chocolate. His Imperial Majesty The High King stated that he and the rest of the Imperial Family are touched by the outpouring of grief and condolences coming in. HIM stated "I knew Mama was well loved by the people but seeing how much has been touching."

The Imperial Family stood in honor with Family Members of the Military in dress uniforms saluting Her Imperial Majesty's coffin as it passed by them. Many people were shocked to see Lady Alexandra among the family but a source with in the palace stated "I'm not surprised to see Lady Alexandra among the Imperial Family, she practically grew up in the palace and was greatly loved by the Dowager Empress. When The Prince of Avalon announced to the family his intention to ask Lady Alexandra out on a date, the Dowager Empress and High Queen were thrilled. There is a lot going on behind the scenes and I think the Dowager Empress and High Queen had (have) taken Lady Alexandra under their wings in hopes that she and The Prince of Avalon will marry in the future. Also among the Family gathered were Their Majesties King Frederick and Queen Elenore of Elthonia. Their Majesties have always been close to the family and wanted to be in attendance in support of the Caledonyian Imperial Family.

In attendance was His Imperial Majesty High King Richard III & I, Her Imperial Majesty High Queen Aurora, Her Imperial Highness The Princess Imperial, His Imperial Highness The Prince of Avalon, His Imperial Highness The Prince Nicholas, His Imperial Highness Prince George The Duke of Snowport (brother in law of The Dowager Empress), His Royal Highness The Earl of Hereford, Her Royal Highness The Countess of Hereford and from Alexandria His Imperial Majesty High King Nathaniel VII & I and Her Imperial Majesty High Queen Regina

[Regina] Hi Aunt May, How are you?

[Regina] I’m doing well, I actually called to share some good news.

[Mary] Oh?

[Regina] Nathaniel and I are expecting our second child.

[Mary] Oh Regina that’s wonderful, I’m so thrilled for you. A new baby will be so exciting! Is Reggie excited to be a big brother?

⚠️ ADVISORY: Malicious Mods, Identity Theft, Malware, and You ⚠️

Hey, all! Not sure how many people will see this, but if you do, please reblog. This is a 'little' post regarding a potentially big problem affecting the Sims 4 community. If you download mods/CC at all (and yes I know CC is a type of mod), this applies to you.

TL;DR: For the sake of your personal info, identity, bank account, et cetera, please STOP downloading any mods/CC for the time being. Especially from the following sites: CurseForge, ModTheSims, The Sims Resource. It doesn't matter if you know the creator or not. Give it at least a week while we all figure out what's going on. If you must, I would recommend only downloading directly from a creator's Patreon (assuming they have one).

Other people have written at length about the mods in question, so I'll just share their posts below.

What's going on?

From the Sims 4 After Dark Discord server (a server you should join if you're not in it already):

⚠️If you downloaded any mod listed in the above post and played the game with them installed, this is the cleaner program Kuttoe (creator of the Home Regions and Townie Demographics mods) mentioned in their post: GitHub - overwolf/sims4-social-events-cleaner: Source files and exe release for a tool to clean up your machine if you have downloaded the "Social Events - Unlimited Time" Sims 4 mod ⚠️

Got confirmation from Kuttoe that as long as you didn't boot up the game with the malicious mods installed (or deleted them completely from your computer before playing the game), you *should* be fine. Still, I recommend that anyone who thinks they might have downloaded any of them run the cleaner program.

So, to recap:

Fake mods were uploaded to Curseforge, ModTheSims, and The Sims Resource

@msqsimsofficial had their account compromised on 2 of those sites (they are a victim of hacking, so do not send them hate!)

If downloaded, these malicious mods have the ability to steal very sensitive info (your passwords, credit card info if saved somewhere in your browser, data)

As of right now, antivirus software may not be able to detect the malware

Mac and Linux users seem to be safe; Windows users are the ones that could be affected

Why is this happening?

Unsure. Lots of theories are being made by people far more knowledgeable than me, but from the looks of things, could be crypto bullshit and/or an attempt to steal your data and sell it. This is very, very serious, and could wreck your life if said data/personal info falls into the wrong hands.

It's always a good idea to change passwords every couple of months or so, but if you think you've been affected, you also need to change your passwords for things like online banking, email and social media accounts, healthcare sites AFTER running the cleaner.

What now?

I want to talk about how we approach modding our games and downloading files in general.

Please STOP downloading mod file folders from people who did not create the specific mods. Period. This includes Sim dumps, building/lots with CC, mod folders promoted on YouTube, etc. This does not mean that anyone sharing them is doing so maliciously. In fact, I appreciate the amount of effort people put into compiling these resources! But unless you're super careful (and super knowledgeable), you run the risk of downloading malware like this on your computer. Make no mistake, the malicious files in question look like run-of-the-mill, everyday mods. Two of them were even posted from a trustworthy creator's actual account! The only way to know what they actually do is to peek into the code, and idk about you, but I don't know Python. So even after this issue is resolved, you really should only download files from the creators themselves.

But what about CC shopping?

Here's how I like to approach it: I stick to lookbooks and combing through the Patreons/accounts of creators who make items I like. If I see a Sim dump with CC that I'm interested, I try to reach out to the poster and ask where they got specific CC. If I can't do that, I see if it was shared via Drive, look at the individual files themselves, then head to the original CC creator's official download page and get it from the source.

Princes John and Nicholas play polo with some very interesting spectators

The Prince of Avalon and Prince Nicholas were spotted this afternoon on the polo field of the Stonewick Private School where both Princes' are students but they were not alone. With them was The Prince of Avalon's new girlfriend Lady Alexandra and Princess Abigail, The Princess Royal of Wellington.

Sources within the school stated that Lady Alexandra also affectionately known to Prince John and Prince Nicholas as Allie and Princess Abigail have taken a shine to each other. "Lady Alexandra has really taken Princess Abigail under her wing so to speak. She makes sure that the Princess is settling in and makes sure that Princess Abigail always has someone to eat with" A source stated.

Lady Alexandra and Princess Abigail chatted animatedly while taking breaks to cheer for the Princes. The High King has appointed Royal Protection officers for Princess Abigail who stood at attention behind the teenagers. Lady Alexandra presented to trophy after the game to The Prince of Avalon and Prince Nicholas after their team won the game. All 4 left together in a large SUV with the Royal Protection officers leading and following.

Alexandra sits in the library working on her homework when she is interrupted by Headmistress Krysta Landry.

[Krysta] Forgive me for interrupting you my Lady but His Imperial Majesty High King Richard is on the phone asking for you.

Alex is slightly startled that the High King is on the phone asking for her. She is slightly nervous that he doesn't approve of her dating his son and heir but she rises to her feet.

[Alex] Thank you Headmistress. I'll be right there.

Alex walks down the hall toward the administration offices and walks into the room and over to the phone. She takes a deep breath and picks up the phone.

[Alex] Your Imperial Majesty it's wonderful to hear from you. Is everything okay? Is Her Imperial Majesty well?

[Richard] Everything is fine Alex. Aurora and I are doing well and Aurora is very excited the all of you will be back in Lilanelona soon. I should warn you that Aurora plans to steal you for a day. We are both so thrilled that you and Jamie are dating and Rora wants to make sure he is treating you well. I actually called because I need to ask a favor of you?

[Alex] Oh of course! Anything you need.

[Richard] I'm sure you are aware that the Princess Royal of Wellington has transferred to the Stonewick Private School with you and the boys and I wanted to ask if you could keep an eye on her. Just let me know if she needs anything that she doesn't feel she can ask for and just make sure no one is giving her a hard time and please feel free to call me if there are any problems at all.

[Alex] Oh of course sir, I'd be happy to help. She was introduced to us yesterday and she was very sweet. I didn't tell you this but I think Nicky might have a bit of a crush on her already.

[Richard] Really hmmm, I'll talk to Jamie and maybe he can suggest the 4 of you go out for dinner or something.

[Alex] That sounds like a great idea and please let The High Queen know that Jamie truly treats me like a Queen.

[Richard] Good it makes me happy to hear that and I'll let her know. I look forward to seeing you and the boys when you come home is 2 weeks.

Palace releases never before seen pictures for Princess Eliana and Kaleb Watson's 5 year wedding anniversary

Ashington Palace (home of Princess Eliana The Princess Imperial, Marchioness of Aellyn and Kaleb Watson The Marquis of Aellyn) released never before seen photos from their wedding. The pictures show the new Marquis and Marchioness of Aellyn with their families in the throne room of Ashington Palace which has been the Princess' official home and office since she came of age.

Kaleb Watson who has chosen not to use the title Marquis of Aellyn unless accompanying his wife on her official duties has continued to work as a lawyer and was just recently made partner at the law firm he has worked for since before meeting the Princess. High Queen's visit Winden Castle during remodel.

Their Imperial Majesties High Queen's Aurora and Regina were spotted in Winden City today at Winden Castle. Winden City was at one time the capital of the Caledonyian Empire, Winden Castle was originally built while the Empire was a small fledgling kingdom in 1092. The Castle was continually occupied by the Royal Family for close to 300 years until the Capital of the Kingdom was moved to Lilanelona and St. Thomas Palace was built. High King's Richard and Nathaniel released a statement when the Empire's of Caledonya and Alexandria combined to create the Presean Empire that the capital of the new Empire would be Winden City and the capital of Caledonya will remain Lilanelona and the capital of Alexandria will remain Heliopolis.

The Castle needed extensive renovations as it was last updated in the early 1900's and needed electric and plumbing work. The structure was thoroughly checked and is sound. Fixtures were either fixed and cleaned or replaced. St. Thomas Palace did confirm that furniture from the Castle was saved and has been professionally cleaned and restored. Parts of the Castle will be open to the public during the summer months and during the Winterfest season.

Their Imperial Majesties were taken on a tour of the parts of the Castle that are in the final processes of being finished. TIM were shown what will become High King Richard and High Queen Aurora's apartment's. High Queen Aurora was overheard asking about the bedrooms for their future grandchildren (and Regina was nodding along enthusiastically) and the architect stated that the rooms are framed out and waiting for HIM to sit down with the decorator.

High King Richard and High Queen Aurora are set to move into the Castle as soon as it is finished. The Prince of Avalon and Prince Nicholas will remain in Lilanelona with The Prince of Avalon remaining at St. Thomas Palace and Prince Nicholas will after graduating be moving into apartments at Chastershire Palace. Princess Anastasia will be moving with her parents to Winden City but will continue to attend Stonewick Academy.
