anemone :   how does your muse view the world ;   as a cruel   &   unforgiving place ,   a land full of wonders ,   or something in - between ? where does that world view come from   (what experiences ,   life lessons ,   etc .) ?

Definitely geared more towards the former. Good things never quite last, and the world has a way of grinding its heel onto those people and into the ground. Whoevers stupid enough to even try, that is. To be honest, she's never really thought it was great either? Sure, she might not of been as harsh at a certain point, but it was never really good. That's kinda just when happens when you're a seeker on a functionist cybertron trying to pursue a career outside of your alt mode. The world is not a kind place, it's a place that will actively try and fuck you over, and where you have to fuck other people over to not get yourself killed, or if you want to do anything more than just survive. Her opinions been getting a little better, but.. i don't think she'll ever really think the world is particularly nice to anyone. definitely not her.

No matter what, I think she'll always want a bit of infamy and praise from those around her. Sure, she's had her kick at ruling cybertron and came out of it a little more chilled out in that regard.. but that doesn't mean she doesn't want involvement in important matters at all. she likes to keep her name out there and to be known for things, and she relishes in the gossip around her, and she'd still love to have people kiss her ass a little. however, after everything, she would like a little more of a balance - to be more true to herself rather than only chasing those things, and to not only rely on what other people view her as and think of her to be, but to have a pretty good sense of who she is at her core and what that all means without it being on shaky grounds. which does still include being a bitch, so there's that.

I'm trying to think of specific words but...the sass and ego mixed with how intelligent starscream is? Like there is a balance between everything. Your portrayl doesn't kid around, like you know he is relishing in whatever spotlight is given to him but the gears in his head keep turning when he isn't. He is definitely no fool and most underestimate what he can actually do to them. Does...does that make sense at all?? Your portrayal is awesome btw!! -primeguarded

i will be the first to admit i DO deliberately channel mean girl energy into her when i write her. that g1 line where she says floptimus prime fuels me and honestly just all of g1 she's so bitchy. but thank you !!! i'm really glad to hear i can balance the silliness and also convey that she Isn't Just That and is also a conniving scheming bastard. honestly the thing is she's very smart and actually good at what she does, she's just. sorta been made into a laughing stock during the war and doesn't get taken seriously as a result, but she's still VERY capable and i like writing that !!
