I’m thinking of starting a video essay youtube channel, where I delve into movies like “thirteen” and the impact of it on adolescent girls and women, pop culture, diet culture, tiktok, etc. mainly will be focused on all things girlie and startup conversations and think pieces that I think us girls can relate to.
ever since i hit around 107lbs i’ve been having hella sugar cravings and i have NEVERR been a sugar girl so it’s really weird but did u deal with this and if so, how do u curb those cravings??
I did experience this many times in the past and what I did was give into them. I’d try to go for lower calorie options such as halo top, and making low calorie desserts which helped me maintain and lose weight. But other times I went crazy and gained which was awful. But not it is not a problem, because I healed my relationship with food and understand that those processed foods are terrible for my body and they are literally made to make me addicted to them and feel bad after indulging. Now I only eat fruit especially pineapple. Fruits are healthy, low cal, yummy and nutritious. I recommend fighting those urges and remember to treat your body like a temple, because you’ll regret it if you don’t.
Hey 🧡 congrats on your lw! Do you have any tips to share from your experience? And how long did it take to lose?
Thanks! Literally count your calories, don’t go over your limit, eating 0 junk food, 0 gluten, full pescatarian, 5k-10k+ steps everyday and 10-30min ab workouts everyday. It took be about 8 months from my starting weight to get to where I am now. I had binges, times where I fell off, gave up, did great, lost and gained. It was a journey.
Hiii!! I’ve been inactive and not posting my progress. But I have been losing weight and am back to my second lowest weight. Yay!! I did eat a little over my allowance td, but I don’t believe I gained and if I did, it would be nothing crazy that I can’t lose in a few days.
