i’m honestly feeling completely empty, i’m super sad. x1 has been one of my all time favorite groups out there. i love them in a way i don’t love many kpop groups.

but the thing is... the people who are experiencing the worst pains aren’t me, they are...

kim yohan, who fought his ass off during the whole series, even though he had a trainee period of only three months. he really deserved that first place, and he took it. and now, it’s being taken away from him.

kim wooseok, who was a center in all three of the first evaluations. a boy who gave us many laughs but also continuously performed amazingly through every stage.

han seungwoo, who was a fatherly figure and an inspiration to many of the trainees on the series. a man who was originally a rapper but came in and not only danced with amazing passion, but also was one of the greatest singers in produce history.

song hyeongjun, who went from crying because he was placed in X rank in the beginning to being a wonderful leader and inspiration to them, to placing fourth in the final episode. our cute crybaby who had such charisma on stage, and could pull of a big variety of concepts.

cho seungyoun, who managed to pull of the main vocal position, the visual position, the 2nd rapper position, and the leader position. he showcased his variety of talents, yet always stayed humble and kept his feet on the ground. he’s one of the funniest kpop idols i know, and he really knew how to lighten up any given situation.

son dongpyo, our x1-ma center. the boy who, no matter how much negative criticism he got from the coaches or how much hate he received from “fans”, fought through it all and showed off a perfect performance every time. he could pull off any concept, and he had one of the clearest live singing voices in the whole season.

lee hangyul, the boy who was constantly criticized for his singing, but who shone when he came into the spotlight. all eyes were drawn to him when he was dancing, and his constant gags brought smiles to everyone’s lips.

nam dohyon, our maknae. the young boy who traveled through produce as a confident rapper, who owned the main rapper spots as if there was no doubt about it. the boy who had a whole nation of older women calling him their “oppaji”.

cha junho, the sweet, shy, boy with the amazing voice. who constantly delivered and showed off his skills through every evaluation, and even though he was nitpicked, he listened well to feedback and continued to grow into the strong man he is today.

kang minhee, our tall boyyo. the boy who finally, no sooner than in the concept evaluation, wanted to go for the main vocal position - and nailed it. we knew that he could sing, but i think it was a surprise to many that he was that good, and that made us all fall in love with him.

lee eunsang, the x member, the boy with the most votes combined. a boy who was pushed around between positions and always had very very few lines. yet, he fixed every one of those lines perfectly. not only did he show off wonderful skills, but also a sweet personality and nothing but kindness to others.

they must all be wrecks. imagine fighting your ass off for several months, to finally earn that seat and a place in the final lineup, yet having it taken away from you. imagine knowing that these are the ten people you are going to spend the next five years with; the people you’re going to create extremely strong bonds with; the people you’re going to love like your own brothers, but then have it taken away from you. imagine having one of the saddest disbandments in kpop history. that must really suck, in a deeper way than it sucks for us to loose them.

sure, wooseok and seungwoo will go back to their groups, and minhee and hyeongjun will probably debut with the other starship boys, and eunsang will join the other bnm boys. junho will probably join the woolim boys, and hangyul and dohyon might debut together.

but what about seungyoun? is he just going back to hide in yuehua’s basement again forever as a “solo artist”?

what about yohan? the 3 month trainee who fits so so well in a group like x1. is he just going to be a solo artist aswell?

and what about dongpyo? sure, hwan and junhyuk and him are from the same company, but i honestly don’t see how they could make it into a group together under dsp media.

the best thing we all can do right now is support all 11 of the boys, no matter what happens to them. and always help each other, because remember that even if the group we stan isn’t together anymore, we’ve still got each other. we still are oneits. take care of each other and the boys. ❤️

minhee as your boyfriend

lots of café dates

you especially like themed cafés

when one of you can't sleep, you talk on videochat and when you fall asleep first he secretly watches you for a while, and then ends the call "so you won't have to see his sleeping face in the morning"

you only realised minhee has freckles when you slept in his house for the first time and he removed the fluid from his face

but thanks to you he gained courage and doesn't cover them anymore

you like going out in the late evening

he always shows you his favourite films and series and even though some of them don't really please you, you never refuse to watch them together because you love laying in his arms

you don't really fight, but when one of you is irritated, you stick out your tongue

but it only makes you both laugh and immediately forget about an argument

you walk each other's dogs when one's sick/busy/not home

you are always holding hands

while walking

in the bus

in crowded places

on the bench

in café, while waiting for your order and after eating

you live not that far from each other so you could literally spend every day together

but you know well you both are often too lazy to even get out of your rooms

so when one says they don't want to go out you respect that and talk on the phone or play some online games together

when minhee's doing something he unintentionally sings quietly

when you first noticed that, he got super shy and stopped doing it

but just a few days later his habit came back and now when he starts singing, you just join him, what makes him smile widely

he loves giving you small kisses on your cheeks

you love giving him soft little pecks on his lips

and you love his warm, tight hugs that always make you feel safe

when he notices you are too tired to walk he always offers you a piggyback ride

and also when you are attending a music festival and you're too small to see the stage because of tall people in front of you

by the way, your first kiss happened on one of these festivals

it was your favourite band playing as the last performer, you two were singing your lungs out with biggest smiles on your faces

the time was running so fast and it was already the very last song of the show, so to end it with a huge impact, the fireworks started to lit up the night sky with various colours and shapes

you stopped singing and watched fireworks with awe, your eyes were shining even brighter than them as you looked around the sky

then you moved your face lower just to notice that minhee doesn't pay the slightest attention to all these flashes, but the whole time he's been looking at you with warm gaze and heartmelting little smile

and you answered with the exact same expression

you completely forgot about the fireworks, the concert, the screaming crowd around you as he slowly cupped your face in his hands

i love you, he said quietly but you heard it very well

and before you even said it back he placed a soft kiss on your lips

afterwards you wrapped your arms around his waist, he wrapped his around your shoulders

and just like that, hugging tightly, you stayed till the end of the show with eyes closed, hearts beating fast and favourite song playing in the background

he always tries his best to make sure you are happy and safe

even when you are really sad he can make you laugh or at least just smile

also when he notices someone is making you feel uncomfortable or insecure he doesn't hesitate for a second and defends you leaving the other person speechless

with his huge love and affection every day he makes you feel like a better person

but you aren't far behind

his life also got much brighter since you two met for the first time

you are forever thankful to all gods, mother nature and the universe that you got to know each other

and that you fell in love with each other, truly and really really deeply

How can anyone hate on this angel? Knetz are really wrong for swearing at him when his name was called during the final! He deserved his spot as a member of X1. It took him 9 years to be where he is now. He worked so hard to make his debut. He continued to pursue his dream even after UNIQ failed and promoted under the name Luizy and then to WOODZ. you took a peek on your boyfriend!eunsang just to see a mischievous smile appearing on his face.

you let out a heavy sigh.

it wasn't the first time he did that. you were kinda used to it but it didn't mean you like it.

you decided you don't want to do it ever again. he might get too confident and you just didn't like that feeling - a great mix of anger, sadness and shame.

but this time you really thought you could prove him something. prove that you're not as bad as he thinks you are. it still wasn't over though. maybe it was your day, your chance to show him what you really are capable of.

once again you looked at him and as soon as your eyes locked, his mischievous smile changed into pitiful one.

now you were sure it's over.

"uno" he whispered. "and after uno" he added, slowly putting two wild draw four cards over the one you threw just a few seconds ago.
