W.I.P Yesterday was Wednesday

@ava-du-mortain and @do-this-for-me tagged me last week and I finally have something to show for it.

The closer it crawls towards his neck, the stronger the smell in the air. Metallic, dank, muggy. His sweat collects underneath the leather straps that bind his weak limbs. Even the flat sterile table he's chained and bound to offers no relief. With the accumulation of the humidity and sweat, the leather bindings stick to his skin. The slightest movement brings forth a feeling as if skin is being peeled away, layer by layer.

Lukas lets out a bone shattering scream, a wail so shrill it threatens to rupture his eardrums. Silence follows the walls' mocking echo. Emptiness, hopelessness, are the only things that stare back from the darkness. His scream fades into a whimper that becomes punctuated with short ragged breaths.

Who would your OC declare their sworn enemy if they could meet them?

Whomever killed Rook. Murphy. Anwir. And eventually once properly introduced, the Rogue leader and her pet vampire.

What colors best represent them and why? Does this differ from their favorites?

Their eye colors!! Lukas has hazel eyes with specks of brown and gold. Séamus has deep emerald eyes with hints of brown. Gareth has blue eyes with flecks of grey. Lukas' favorite colors are forest green, like his hair! Séamus loves warm colors like reds and oranges, as well as cool bright colors. Gareth likes more subdued earthy colors.

What do they have that others see as a flaw, but they don't care about?

Lukas: His impulsive nature, running headfirst into things without thinking. Stubborn. Séamus: His inaction. Shay has a lot of anxiety and he sees it as being cautious, but others tend to see it as hesitation. Gareth: His inability to care for himself. He serves others and is there to support others, because he refuses to address his own issues.

Who is your OC's perfect companion?

Lukas: Adam, best friends with Mason. Lukas: Mason, best friends with Felix. Séamus: Felix, best friends with Adam. Gareth: Nate, best friends with Mason.

I don't have a Lukas x Adam x Mason LT. It's just that I've played the same version of Lukas for both routes. In each one he's monogamous and demisexual.

What do they dislike most about the other? Why?

Lukas sometimes doesn't like how 'set in his ways' Adam is. Lukas is way more competent than Adam believes. He is extremely frustrated by how Adam underestimates him, his abilities, and planning. This ties in to their precarious relationship status at the end of book 3. Adam left Lukas' room and Lukas was so upset and angry about what Adam said and what (didn't) happen.

Adam hates how Lukas can be so damn reckless. He doesn't understand why Lukas just throws himself into things. He loves Lukas' boldness and determination, but also understands quite well, how much that boldness and pride can lead to ones downfall. He doesn't want to lose Lukas.

Lukas x Mason [Eros]

What do they love most about the other? Why?

Mason wouldn't admit it, but he absolutely loves how Lukas respects his boundaries. He loves how Lukas will say, "Walk with me." Then 15 minutes later they are outside the town, in silence with only the chirrups of nature surrounding them. He feels more free, like it's easier to breathe in these moments.

Lukas loves those moments too. He'll just glance over at Mason in their companionable silence, see how calm Mason looks, and just smile.

What do they dislike most about the other? Why?

Lukas hates that Mason won't buy him cigarettes.

Mason hates when Lukas asks him to buy cigarettes. "They'll kill you." - "Yeah, and?"

Séamus x Felix [Mo Chroí]

If they picked out outfits for each other, what would they look like?

Séamus picks: Knee length socks in bi-pride colors, Black creepers, Black denim short shorts, a bright rainbow loose tank top. And if it's wash day, he'll do Felix's hair in a mohawk box braid of sorts.

Felix picks: Gay pride (in the mlm flag colors) socks, ankle high platform boots, black cargo shorts, and a maroon burgundy button up shirt, undone down the front, and sleeves rolled up. Felix would oil Séamus' long red hair to make it shine, then brush it gently into a sloppy top knot bun.

How do they support each other? How do they rely on each other's support?

Felix supports Séamus by always just being there. Sometimes he'll just sit next to Séamus in silence. Sometimes that means walking into his room, to lay next to him while he's sleeping, just so Séamus can wake up to Felix every morning. That also means Felix is just there to create beautiful moments and memories with him, because he wants Séamus to have the best life.

Séamus supports Felix by reciprocating that feeling of love and dedication. Just by purely enjoying Felix in those moments is enough. Séamus will adore Felix when he's just being himself, and he knows that's enough for Felix. To create beautiful memories along side one another.

I Don’t Belong Here

A burst of bright light rouses Lukas from his eternal rest. Fatigued by pain, he opens his eyes slowly only to be assaulted by a blinding white flash. It bursts so brightly that all Lukas manages to see is that the dark void was being replaced by blinding white lights. Cracks of thunder clash in his ears, deafening booms rippling through his eardrums. Then as soon as it appears, the void dims. "No, wait!" Lukas screams out, wanting answers. His panicked breaths feel like daggers scraping and tearing against his lungs. He can't, he can't go back into the dark. He's too afraid of what lurks in the shadows.

But the darkness is no longer all consuming.
