Weirdcore Fact(for new weirdcorians)

If yall want to make your weirdcore images low res

follow my steps Step 1:if you use gimp,you can export the image as a .jpg also don't forget to set the quality to 17 or 15

Step 2:if you are using paint.net,edit the image a bit before degrading the quality which appears before you save the image

Step 3:make the image smol (this will increase the low quality effect to be slightly higher)
