I was tagged in this game by the lovely @merulah and I love to talk about myself so...

Last song listened to: Technically, it's Howling by Lupus Nocte (you've almost certainly heard this in a youtube video lmao) Last song I listened to on spotify was Bohemian Rhapsody (from a classic rock radio mix) Currently reading: Uhhh… Okay here's my problem… I never learned how to slowly move through a book at a reasonable pace, and I still read like I did in middle school when I was tearing though 6 books a week. I either am not reading anything or I read an entire book in a single sprint of 4-5 hours, and because I know I do that, I don't start books if I don't have an entire free evening, and who consistently has entire free evenings? I pretty much only read sci-fi by contemporary authors or regency romance books lmao. The last book I read was "A Lady's Guide to Fortune Hunting" by Sophie Irwin. It was…. fine, very much "what if Elinor Dashwood was *sassy* like Lizzy Bennett" type Austinery with a focus on banter and a dash of con artistry and many capitulations to modern sensibility. (If anyone wants a rec for a queer regency romance, I really liked "A Lady for a Duke" by Alexis Hall, which marries the Regency trope of social upheaval from the Napoleonic Wars very nicely with a straight trans woman reinventing herself after going MIA and being presumed dead.) I've been meaning to get around to Persuasion but Corv just read it and told me most of the plot so I'll probably wait another year til I forget the exact details. Currently watching: So much Decked Out 2 (Hermitcraft Season 9) Also rewatching a lot of Hbomberguy videos with Corv, which are mostly good, but I really don't have that much stomach for his "debunking pickup artists" era stuff. Currently obsessed with: Not much, and more's the pity. I'm kind of in between things at the moment. I guess… well I am obsessed with all the plans I have for next month, I'm really excited to go DO things after having a very sedentary end of the summer. I also am starting to get into Magic the Gathering but in a way where I don't have to do a bunch of research and collecting, I just get to play with a deck that was handed to me while I learn more of the basics.
