प्रातः उठते ही लघुशंका के पश्चात पंजों के बल (कागासन में) बैठकर दो से पाँच गिलास पानी पीना चाहिए, इसे उषापान कहते हैं। पानी बगैर कुल्ला किए गिलास को होठ लगाकर धीरे-धीरे पीना चाहिए। ऐसा करने से मुख के अंदर की उपजी लार अधिक से अधिक पेट में जाती है जो पाचन तंत्र के लिए उत्तम कार्य करते हुए सरलता प्रदान करती है।

44. జీవో హ్యస్యానుగో దేహో భూతేంద్రియ మనోమయః| తన్నిరోధోఽస్య మరణ మావిర్భావస్తు సంభవః॥

తాత్పర్యము : జీవుని ఉపాధిరూపమైన లింగశరీరము మోక్షము లభించనంత వరకు అతని తోడనే యుండును. దేహము, ఇంద్రియములు, మనస్సులతో గూడిన కార్యరూపమగు స్థూలశరీరము ఈ జీవునకు భోగానుభవములకు ఆధారము. ఈ స్థూల, సూక్ష్మదేహములు పరస్పరము సంఘటితము గాక��ండుటయే మృత్యువు అనబడును. ఈ స్థూల, సూక్ష్మదేహములు రెండును ఒకటిగా ప్రకటితమగుటనే జన్మ అని యందురు.

🌴 7. Lord Kapila's Instructions on the Movements of the Living Entities - 44 🌴

44. jīvo hy asyānugo deho bhūtendriya-mano-mayaḥ tan-nirodho 'sya maraṇam āvirbhāvas tu sambhavaḥ

MEANING : In this way the living entity gets a suitable body with a material mind and senses, according to his fruitive activities. When the reaction of his particular activity comes to an end, that end is called death, and when a particular type of reaction begins, that beginning is called birth.

PURPORT : From time immemorial, the living entity travels in the different species of life and the different planets, almost perpetually. This process is explained in Bhagavad-gītā. Bhrāmayan sarva-bhūtāni yantrārūḍhāni māyayā: (BG 18.61) under the spell of māyā, everyone is wandering throughout the universe on the carriage of the body offered by the material energy. Materialistic life involves a series of actions and reactions. It is a long film spool of actions and reactions, and one life-span is just a flash in such a reactionary show. When a child is born, it is to be understood that his particular type of body is the beginning of another set of activities, and when an old man dies, it is to be understood that one set of reactionary activities is finished.

It is clear that a particular body is given to the living entity for a particular type of activity. This process is going on perpetually, from a time which is impossible to trace out. Vaiṣṇava poets say, therefore, anādi karama-phale, which means that these actions and reactions of one's activity cannot be traced, for they may even continue from the last millennium of Brahmā's birth to the next millennium. We have seen the example in the life of Nārada Muni. In one millennium he was the son of a maidservant, and in the next millennium he became a great sage.

రౌద్రము లేదా ఉగ్రమగు కర్మాచరణము కాని, 'ఇవి నాకు సుఖము కలిగించునవి కావున నేను పొందవలయును' అను తలంపు అగు రౌద్రపూరితమగు రాగము కాని, రౌద్రమగు కోపము - ఈ మూడు రౌద్ర త్రయమును ఎవనియందు లేవో అట్టివాడు భగవానుడు శ్రీ విష్ణువు. అన్ని కోరికల ఫలములను పొందియున్నవాడగు అవాప్త సర్వకాముడు కావున అతని యందు రాగము, ద్వేషము, కోపము మొదలగునవి ఉండుటకు అవకాశము లేదు. అవి రౌద్రములుగా ఉండు అవకాశము మొదలే లేదు.

Action is wild, attachment is passionate and anger is violent. He in whom these three kinds of fierceness do not exist by reason of His being of all fulfilled desires and as He is not moved by attachment, aversion etc., He is Araudraḥ.

🌻 4. లక్ష్యం లేకుండా కదలిక లేదు 🌻

మనం తెలుసుకోవాలనే విషయం వస్తువుల వాస్తవికత; అవాస్తవాలు మనల్ని ఆకర్షించవు. మన గ్రహణశక్తిని తప్పించుకునేది, తరచూ మార్పు చెందేది వాస్తవంగా పరిగణించబడదు ఎందుకంటే అది నిరంతరం వేరొకదానిలోకి వెళుతుంది. విషయాలు మారుతున్నాయని మనం చెప్పినప్పుడు, వాస్తవానికి ఒక పరిస్థితి వేరొక పరిస్థితుల్లోకి వెళుతుందని అర్థం; ఒక పరిస్థితి మరొక పరిస్థితికి దారి తీస్తుంది. ఇది అస్సలు ఎందుకు ఉండాలి? విషయాలు తమను తాము మార్చుకోవడం మరియు రూపాంతరం చెందవలసిన అవసరం ఎక్కడ ఉంది? ప్రతిదానికీ దాని స్వంత ఉనికిపై అసంతృప్తి కూడా ఉంది. మనల్ని మనం మరొకట��గా మార్చుకోవాలను కుంటున్నాము. విషయాలు బాహ్యంగా మాత్రమే మారుతున్నాయని కాదు; మనం అంతర్గతంగా మారుతున్నాము. శారీరక మరియు ప్రాకృతిక మార్పులతో పాటు మానసిక మార్పు కూడా ఉంది.

🌻 4. There is no Movement Without a Purpose 🌻

The reality of things is what we are after; unrealities do not attract us. That which perpetually changes and escapes the grasp of our comprehension cannot be considered as real because of the fact of its passing constantly into something else. When we say that things are changing, we actually mean that one condition is passing into something else; one situation gives way to another situation. Why should this be at all? Where is the necessity for things to change and transform themselves? There is also a dissatisfaction with everything in its own self. We would like to transform ourselves into something else. It is not that things are changing only outwardly; we are changing inwardly. There is psychological change, together with physical and natural change.

So, the transitoriness of things—the changeful character of everything in the world, including our own selves as perceivers of change—suggests the fact that we seem to be moving towards something which is not available at the present moment. Movement is always in some direction, and there is no movement without a purpose. So there must be a purpose in the movement of nature, in even the historical transformations that take place in human society and in the world as a whole.

He also knows that the Ultimate Reality does not act on His own, but acts through His independent Power of Autonomy given to Śakti by means of power of attorney. He also knows that whatever exists in this universe is nothing but the reflection of Śiva. Without Śiva, illumination is not possible, as He alone is the source of illumination. Śakti is the tool through which Śiva acts. The yogi also knows that unless he is able to realise the potentiality of Śakti, who is nothing but the Supreme effectuality of Śiva, he cannot proceed further to realise Śiva.

福岡市営地下鉄でクレカのタッチ決済での乗車を試してみた。あくまで実証実験なので全ての改札機が対応している訳では無い。入退場兼ねているレーンのみだったので電車到着直後の大量の下車客がいる状況だと入場できなかったり。交通系ICと反応速度の体感的な違いは感じなかったが規模が違う点は留意。

813系の座席撤去車に初乗車したけど想像以上に空間が広がっていて虚しくなった。ロングシート化する改造費すらケチった結果なのだろう。切符のチケットレス化の費用もケチる。博多駅は指定席券売機も行列。JR九州は仕方なく使わざるを得ない人のために最低限の設備を提供する会社だと実感した。

Circumstances of Disappearance

On December 19, 1949, a fire broke out at Ricky’s home. According to her brother, he, Ricky and their sister watch their house burn in the yard a woman drove up in an expensive-looking car and urged to get help. She directed him to a house down the road, although there was another house nearby. When he returned with a neighbor, Ricky and the unidentified woman had disappeared. The neighbor took Ricky’s and sister to a safer location before going trying to find Ricky but there was no trace of her. When she went to Ricky’s grandmother and ask where she was, the grandmother said she was with someone else.

Most authorities believed she died in the fire and some bone fragments were found found and sent to a state laboratory for analysis but they were not identified as hers

Ricky’s siblings believed she may have been hidden by other family members as they think Ricky was conceived out of wedlock and the fire was set as a diversion so they can kidnap Ricky to be taken to her biological father. They also requested that the case will be reopened fifty years later.

A Minnesotan woman had her DNA tested against Ricky’s family members but there was no match.

It is reported that records associated with her disappearance and the fire was destroyed in a fire in the early 2000s.

🌷. తాత్పర్యం : పరమాత్ముడు జీవుల యందు విభజింపబడినట్లు కనిపించినను అతడెన్నడును విభజింపబడక ఏకమై నిలిచియుండును. సర్వ జీవులను పోషించు వాడైనను, సర్వులను కబళించునది మరియు వృద్ధి నొందించునది అతడే యని అవగాహనము చేసికొనవలెను.

🌷. భాష్యము : శ్రీకృష్ణభగవానుడు ప్రతివారి హృదయమునందు పరమాత్మ రూపమున వసించియున్నాడు. దీని భావము అతడు విభజింపబడినాడనియా? అట్లెన్నడును కాబోదు. వాస్తవమునకు అతడు సదా ఏకమై యుండును. దీనికి సూర్యుని ఉపమానమును ఒసగవచ్చును. మధ్యాహ్న సమయమున సూర్యుడు తన స్థానమున నిలిచి నడినెత్తిమీద నిలిచియున్నట్లు తోచును. మనుజుడు ఒక ఐదువేల మైళ్ళు ఏ దిక్కునందైనను ప్రయాణించి పిదప సూర్యుడెక్కడున్నాడని ప్రశ్నించినచో తిరిగి ఆ సమయమున తన శిరముపైననే ఉన్నాడనెడి సమాధానమును పొందగలడు.

శ్రీకృష్ణభగవానుడు అవిభక్తుడైనను విభక్తుడైనట్లుగా కన్పించుచున్న ఈ విషయమును తెలుపుటకే వేదవాజ్మయమునందు ఈ ఉదాహరణము ఒసగబడినది. సూర్యుడు ఒక్కడేయైనను బహుప్రదేశములలో జనులకు ఏకకాలమున గోచరించురీతి, విష్ణువొక్కడేయైనను తన సర్వశక్తిమత్వముచే సర్వత్రా వసించియున్నాడనియు వేదవాజ్మయము నందు తెలుపబడినది. ఆ భగవానుడే సర్వజీవుల పోషకుడైనను ప్రళయ సమయమున సమస్తమును కబళించివేయును. 🌹 🌹 🌹 🌹 🌹

🌷 Translation : Although the Supersoul appears to be divided among all beings, He is never divided. He is situated as one. Although He is the maintainer of every living entity, it is to be understood that He devours and develops all.

🌹 Purport : The Lord is situated in everyone’s heart as the Supersoul. Does this mean that He has become divided? No. Actually, He is one. The example is given of the sun: The sun, at the meridian, is situated in its place.

*But if one goes for ﬁve thousand miles in all directions and asks, “Where is the sun?” everyone will say that it is shining on his head. In the Vedic literature this example is given to show that although He is undivided, He is situated as if divided. Also it is said in Vedic literature that one Viṣṇu is present everywhere by His omnipotence, just as the sun appears in many places to many persons. వ్యాసుడిట్లు పలికెను - ఓ బ్రహ్మపుత్రా! నీవు మహాబుద్ధిశాలివి. ఓ మునీ ! చిరకాలము జీవించుము. చిత్రమైనది, చాల గొప్పదియగు చంద్రశేఖరుని చరితమును చెప్పితివి (1). శివుని దూత మరలి పోగానే ప్రతాపవంతుడగు శంఖచూడాసురుడు ఏమి చేసినాడు? నీవా గాథను విస్తారముగా చెప్పుము (2).

సనత్కుమారుడిట్లు పలికెను - దూత* నిర్గమించిన తరువాత ప్రతాపవంతుడగు శంఖచూడుడు సభ నుండి అంతఃపురము లోపలికి వెళ్లి ఆ వార్తను తులసికి చెప్పెను (3).*

Śaṅkhacūḍa said:—

O dear lady, infuriated by the words of Śiva’s messenger I have prepared for a war. Hence I am going to fight. You carry out my directions.

Sanatkumāra said:—

After saying this and slighting Śiva, that demon professing to be wise advised his wife in various ways and sported with her with delight.

Throughout that night, the couple indulged in sexual dalliance. Uttering coaxing and cajoling words, practising various erotic arts, they immersed themselves in the ocean of happiness.

He got up in the Brāhma Muhūrta,[1] and finished his daily routine in the morning. He then performed the offering of charitable gifts.

8-9. He crowned his son as the lord of Dānavas. He entrusted his wife, his kingdom and his riches to the care of his son. When his wife cried and dissuaded him from going to the war he consoled her by various words of appeasement.

He called his general and ordered him to be ready for the war.

🍀 119. SHRUNKEN HEART 🍀

🕉 Whenever you allow any doubt, you will become tense in the heart -- because the heart relaxes with trust and shrinks with doubt. 🕉

Ordinarily people are not aware of this dynamic. In fact, they continuously remain shrunken and contracted at the heart, so they have forgotten how it feels to be relaxed there. Knowing no opposite, they think that everything is okay, but out of one hundred people, ninetynine live with a contracted heart. The more you are in the head, the more the heart contracts. When you are not in the head, the heart opens like a lotus flower … and it is tremendously beautiful when it opens.

Then you are really alive, and the heart is relaxed. But the heart can only be relaxed in trust, in love. With suspicion, with doubt, the mind enters. Doubt is the door of the mind; doubt is the bait for the mind. Once you are caught in doubt, you are caught with the mind. So when doubt comes, it is not worth it. I'm not saying that your doubt is always wrong. Your doubt may be perfectly right, but then too it is wrong, because it destroys your heart. It is not worth it.

మతి లేనిది శ్రీమాత అని అర్థము. మతికి అతీతమైనది శ్రీమాత అని విశేష అర్థము. శ్రీమాత నుండియే మతి పుట్టును. సృష్టి యందు మతి పుట్టుటకు ముందు చాల సృష్టి కథ జరిగినది. ఎన్నియో ధర్మములు, తత్త్వములు, శబ్దములు, రంగులు, అంకెలు మతికన్న ముందు పుట్టినవి. కాలము, ఛందస్సు యివి అన్నియూ కూడ మతికి ముందున్నవే. ఇవి అన్నియూ శ్రీమాత నుండి ఉద్భవించినవి. వీటి అల్లిక నుండి అహంకారము, బుద్ధి, మనస్సు యిత్యాదివి పుట్టినవి. కావున శ్రీమాత ప్రాథమికముగ అమతియే! మనస్సునకు ఆవలి తత్త్వమంతయూ శ్రీమాతచే పరిపాలింప బడుచున్నది.

It means Srimata has no mind. The special meaning is that Srimata is beyond the mind. Mind is born from Srimata. There was a long saga before mind was born in the creation. Many dharmas, philosophies, sounds, colors and numbers were born before mind. Time and rhythm were all existent before the mind. All these were born from Srimata. Ego, intellect, mind, etc. were born from the interweaving of these. So Srimata is primarily Amati or one without mind! All the philosophy beyond the mind is ruled by Sri Mata.
