the way that the driver championship and rookie of the year are between art gp boys and prema boys. theo & fred for driver championship and victor & ollie for rookie of the year.
I'm scared to even approach Twitter (not that I've used it in the past few months) right now, so I'm gonna do my little rant here!
I don't understand the hatred towards Théo, nor people who are saying he didn't deserve the title.
Both Fred and Théo made mistakes this year (like Théo in Bahrain or Zandvoort, or Fred in Spa) and both had bad luck (like Fred in Zandvoort or the numerous times Théo lost points due to an SC coming at the worst time for him). Both Théo and Fred have driven their hearts out this year, one had numerous wins and the other one was very consistent. And they both have been so respectful towards each other, neither of them has ever spoken badly of the other.
So don't tell me Théo didn't deserve the title. Both of them would have deserved it. Just because you're a Fred fan you don't get to deny Théo's talent. And vice versa. I'm a Prema fan, a die hard one at that, but I'm happy for both ART and Théo, as they have been great this year, and this is the series where you can't say 'Oh he had a better car'.
So instead of spreading hate, let's just celebrate both Théo and Fred for their incredible seasons and be happy that we got such an exciting title fight! And let's respect the both of them like they respect each other! Until next year, my fellow F2 enthusiastics!
I primarily talk about F1 and F1A here, but I think it is important to discuss what occurred during F3.
Nikola Tsolov swerved right into Alex Dunne. It is likely intentional, and all justification given by Tsolov hasn't indicated that it wasn't.
He is a talented driver, but to intentionally hit someone because they impeded you is dangerous. Tsolov's behavior is dangerous. No matter the pressure of the fact that everyone thought he was going to one day be an F1 driver, with Alonso's support, what happened was not ok.
People don't talk about Dilano van't Hoff as often as Anthoine or Jules, but he was the most recent motorsport driver to die. He raced against both Dunne and Tsolov.
Immaturity or general lack of awareness on a track, which is his excuse as to not seeing Dunne, neither are ok.
He's at the very least getting a race ban.
And he's likely never going to drive in F1.
Formula series has always been more calculated attacks through the press. They rely on media and the size of their teams to get their points across.
When it comes to "fighting" you can't change the game if you want to win fairly.
You don't throw it all away on a free practice 1, and you certainly don't ever risk someone's life because they ruined your race.
Hi if you think Théo didn't deserve the title because he has less wins you can very kindly fuck off <3
Maybe you didn't know this but the championship isn't decided on the number of wins! There's a reason points are there and being regular and getting good points is how you end up winning the title!
The point is Théo and Fred both fought very well and I'm very proud of them and I can't wait to see what they'll be up to next year and the years after that. Go boys!

All about George and Fred Vasseur being actually closer than what we think
Fred probably started knowing George ever since he joined ART Grand Prix for his GP3 and F2 campaign on 2017/2018 as Fred (alongside Nicholas Todt) is the founder and was once the director of ART Grand Prix
But probably a lot earlier since the deal strike between Mercedes Junior Team and ART starts before the 2017 GP3 season

🔝 this is George alongside Gwen Lagrue and Fred Vasseur during 2016 GP3 Season Round 9 (Yas Marina Circuit). 2016 means George was racing with Hitech GP for FRECA
Then we saw Fred talking with George and Toto at 2018 Austrian GP

Then he also watched George's ending his F2 season with his 7th win at ART Grand Prix's pitwall (look at him trying to see George winning 😭🤣)
He also attended George's last F2 podium with Toto. This is honestly so wholesome because Fred looks so proud of George
Then on 2021(?) Grill The Grid, George said that the last whatsapp group he joined includes Toto, Seb, and Fred because they went rental karting together
And the whole silly season 2021 happened, medias/fans saw Fred joining Toto and George for dinner after Toto and George shot the dramatic 'George-joined-Mercedes' DTS scene
And to add to the perspective, Fred said this about George
I honestly wonder what 'strong' convo he had with George because he described George as 'very picky, sometimes excessively' 😂🤣
As much as I miss the races during summer break, seeing drivers spending time with their family on vacation and/or at home makes my heart so happy. Especially the ones that left home at an extremely young age and moved to another country/continent just to pursue their dream
