Leo (also marketed as Leo: Bloody Sweet) is a 2023 Indian Tamil-language action thriller film directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj and produced by Seven Screen Studio. The film stars Vijay in the titular role, alongside Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Sarja, Trisha, Gautham Vasudev Menon, Mysskin, Madonna Sebastian, George Maryan, Mansoor Ali Khan, Priya Anand and Mathew Thomas. It is the third installment in the Lokesh Cinematic Universe and is inspired by A History of Violence. The film follows Parthi, a café owner and animal rescuer in Theog, who is pursued by gangsters Antony and Harold Das who suspect him to be Antony's estranged son, Leo.

One of the year's most anticipated films, Leo, starring Thalapathy Vijay and Sanjay Dutt, is slated to hit theaters on Thursday. The film, directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, is generating the proper kind of noise. The crew has received well wishes from superstar Rajinikanth, as the excitement is unprecedented. The actor gave the producers his okay.
At a recent press event, Rajinikanth, who is due to cooperate with Leo director Lokesh Kanagaraj on his future project, remarked, "I wish the film [Leo] great success and I will pray for the same." I visited Tuticorin in the 1970s for the filming of Bhuvana Oru Kelvi Kuri."
Several rumors have claimed that Leo is a part of Lokesh Kanagaraj's cinematic universe, which also includes Kamal Haasan's Vikram and Karthi's Kaithi. Trisha Krishnan, Arjun Sarja, Mansoor Ali Khan, Mysskin and Gautham Vasudev Menon, and Anurag Kashyap also appear in the film. On October 19, this action comedy will be released in many languages, including Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam.
Rajinikanth, on the other hand, is currently filming his next film, tentatively titled Thalaivar 170, in Thiruvananthapuram. TJ Gnanavel directed the film, which stars Amitabh Bachchan, Fahadh Faasil, Manju Warrier, Rana Daggubati, Dushara Vijayan, and Ritika Singh among others.

As per the social media buzz, the Tamil star hero Thalapathy Vijay will next commence with Atlee for Thalapathy68. Reportedly, the duo will collaborate for an out-and-out action entertainer soon.
Going into the details, ever since this morning, social media has been rife with speculations about this untitled project of Thalapathy Vijay and Atlee. As we know that Atlee and Vijay Thalapathy shares a special bond and has previously worked together in blockbusters like Theri, Mersal and Bigil.
It has been widely speculated that this untitled future project is said to be in the last rounds of discussion and is expected to be financed by none other than Kalanithi Maran under the banner Sun Pictures.
