Ayumi Hamasaki 24th Anniversary and COUNTDOWN LIVE 2021-2022 Home Release Megapost

Update: June 10th, 2022: We have a cover and boxset preview! The release date has also been moved from July 1st to August 17th.

Ayumi Hamasaki's last two arena shows are coming to DVD and Blu-ray August 17th! The 24th Anniversary will be widely available while COUNTDOWN LIVE 2021-2022 will be a TeamAyu/mu-mo exclusive bonus disc.

Pre-orders will come with an "original card;" the limited TeamAyu/mu-mo exclusive edition with CDL2021-2022 will also come with "goods."

April 28: Ayu’s official site specified the “goods” as well as additional pre-order goodies exclusive to TeamAyu and mu-mo. The TeamAyu/mu-mo-exclusive bonus edition will come with a small 24 hour clock:

Ayu just completed her 2021-2022 COUNTDOWN LIVE concert! True to her word, the setlist was very different from the previous night's show, which followed what we'd already seen from the Asia Tour. This new setlist seems to combine the Asia tour with the abbreviated saigo no TROUBLE tour that concluded online during lockdowns. Not that there weren't a few surprises!

Fans are also reporting on social media that a new 2022 tour date was added for her 24th anniversary at the PIA Arena MM in Yokohama. This--and any future Asia dates--are not yet on the official schedule.

After announcing her intentions at the beginning of the year, Ayumi Hamasaki unveiled the first dates and official logo for her long-awaited Asia Tour.

ASIA TOUR 2021-2022 A ~23rd Monster~ will be Ayu's first tour outside of Japan since 2008. So far, the only dates revealed have been in Japan with more dates expected to be announced for 2022.

All tickets will cost 12,000 yen with the exception of the New Year's Eve, COUNTDOWN LIVE performance, which will jump up to 14,000 yen. Due to the ongoing pandemic, tickets for the Japan dates will only be sold to fans currently residing in Japan.
