SinglePoint Announces Closing of $4 Million Public Offering, Uplisting to Cboe Global Markets and Reverse Stock Split

Phoenix, AZ, December 19, 2023 - SinglePoint Inc. (Cboe: SING) (“SinglePoint” or the “Company”), a diversified holding company principally engaged through its subsidiaries in providing renewable energy solutions and energy-efficient applications to drive better health and living, today announced the closing of its underwritten public offering of 800,000 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $5.00 per share. The gross proceeds from the offering, before underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses payable by the Company, are expected to be $4,000,000. In addition, the Company has granted the underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to 120,000 additional shares of common stock at the public offering price, less the underwriting discount.

The shares began trading on the BZX Exchange, a division of Cboe Global Markets on December 15, 2023 under the ticker symbol "SING".

The Company intends to use the net proceeds of the public offering for general corporate purposes.

           Lalu darimana asal muasal binary option ini??, sejarah opsi ini dimulai pada tahun 1974 saat Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBEO) meluncurkan secara resmi. Kemudian, opsi biner ini baru terbuka untuk public pertama kalinya sebagai asset yang bisa diperdagangka di tahun 2008. Namun berbeda dengan CBEO, Cyprus Security & Exchange Commission (CySec) atau badan pengatur utama Siprus, pertama kalinya mengklasifikasikan opsi biner sebagai asset yang bias diperdagangkan di tahun 2012. Perdagangan opsi biner akhirnya masuk dalam kategori kontrak berjangka di Indonesi.            Namun binary option ini tidak memiliki izin operasi di Indonesia, Badan Pengawas Perdagangan Berjangka Komoditi ( Bappebti) Kementrian Perdagangan menyatakan bahwa Binary Option tidak mendapat izin. BAPPEBTI tidak pernah menerbitkan izin untuk Binary Option karena merupakan kegiatan yang dilarang oleh UU PBK ( Perdagangan Berjangka Komoditi) pasal 1 angka 8 UU No 10 tahun 2011 tentang Perubahan atas UU No 32 tahun 1997, kata Plt Kepala BAPPEBTI Indrasari Wisnu Wardhana.

           Hingga baru-baru ini ramai sekali kasus penipuan berkedok trading binary option yang pelakunya berinisial DS dan IK, alih-alih mereka mengajak para korban untuk melakukan trading online untuk menebak kurva naik turunya harga asset yang akan muncul dalam waktu yang sudah ditentukan. Namun ternyata mereka adalah seorang alfiliator yang menipu para membernya untuk melakukan trading. Hingga akhirnya Bareskrim Polri telah menetapkan IK dan DS sebagai tersangka kasus dugaan judi online, penyebar hoaks, penipuan hingga TPPU terkait Aplikasi Binomo. Mereka dijerat pasal berlapis setelah ditetapkan sebagai tersangka terkait kasus dugaan penipuan Aplikasi Binomo.

           Tentu saja kita sebagai manusia beragama, tidak diperbolehkan melakukan kelakuan yang begitu keji salah satunya menipu hingga memberi keuntungan yang begitu besar bagi diri sendiri dan merugikan banyak orang, atau menjual barang yang kondisinya cacat, tetapu ia tidak menjelaskannya kepada pembeli dengan jujur. Fortín, Ver. - Un total de dos mil 387 personas acudieron a la jornada de vacunación contra el Covid-19 que comenzó el sábado 12 y concluyó este domingo 13 de marzo, la sede fue la escuela primaria Juan de la Luz Enriquez. Autoridades de salud y la Brigada Correcaminos atendieron a fortinenses que se dieron cita desde las 8:00 horas con la finalidad de recibir el biológico de acuerdo a su edad y también etapa de vacunación, es decir, desde primer vez en recibirla o bien el refuerzo. Las autoridades municipales respaldaron la logística de esta jornada de vacunación con la finalidad de que los asistentes no tuvieran ningún contratiempo para recibir la vacuna, además de desinfectar adecuadamente la escuela como parte de las medidas sanitarias para los asistentes.
