Backstory Behind the Piece: Nickolas, our "fallen angel", has been outcasted from Heaven. For context Nickolas is a gay man who was raised in the very religious south, and before he came out, was his mother's "golden child". I used light blue for his robes in representation of honesty, the red crimson in worship of god, and the rainbow technically speaking was a sign of peace from God. However, here the irony in that statement I considered a funny addition if you get what I mean :D
