Viewers' perspective has increased a lot, and with the introduction of OTT, genres have diversified. Because of that, I have to have the power to learn many genres.I don't know. I have to do well. I can do it well.(laughs)

I think casting is number one these days. Isn't the scenario piled up like a mountain in the office?

It's not like that either. In fact, even if there is a work that fits my face well, I don't think I can play all my roles. Breaking it is also a task for me. Now, luckily, I think a work that suits me is coming.

What do you think you would say if you saw you as an actor as a child?

It's natural that you like it, but I think you may not like it in some ways.(Laugh) How should I say it? I used to look cool when I was young. I majored in art. At that time, I was trapped in the idea that doing it alone in the small room was art, and even if it was a non-mainstream, I had to have my own world.

Haha. I think I know what that is. Even if everyone else says they like it, it looks lame. But wouldn't it be that you're unfamiliar and accept new changes well?

I really like unfamiliar things. I don't think I'm very afraid of new things. I like changes, too. I can go safely to anything, but I don't think I prefer that. I think I did all the makeup and concepts I wanted to do today. It was great.

How long have you rested the longest in the past two years?

Um, 3 nights and 4 days? (Laughs)

I thought so. Since the work continues.

I rested for 4 days and 3 nights. But I couldn't stay home because my body was adjusted. Now, when I rest for two to three days, I feel like I've rested well. If you think you want to rest for half a year if you have a hard time at work, but you can't rest if you're asked to. Some seniors feel alive when they work. I think I'm like that for me, too. I'm the healthiest when I work. I eat the most delicious food when I work, exercise. When I'm at home, I feel hurt because I'm sitting still and doing nothing.

Even when you were in school, art academies and art galleries were always lit up brightly. Artists have a prejudice that they have good physical strength. Do you have good stamina?

I think I only do that until I'm hooked on something. When I do art, I'm a little impatient and I don't draw one by one, so if I have to draw this, I don't sleep, don't eat, and keep doing that. But I think that's the case with everything and daily life. For example, if you have to assemble something, you have to finish it within today.

I guess you don't give up in the middle when you start?

I started exercising by playing "My Name", but when I tried it, I couldn't help but increase my physical strength. In order for me to live, I need to increase my stamina. So I've been learning kickboxing. You have to have physical strength to work, and if you are in bad condition and have bad physical strength, you can see it on your face.

Even after "My Name" was over, you left your physical strength.

Definitely, "My Name" influenced my lifestyle a lot. I used to diet more than exercise, but I found out this time that exercise is a way to relieve stress. After that, I changed my mind that I had to exercise. After "My Name", I fell into exercise for a month, so I exercised three times a day. I went to the gym, Pilates, and kickboxing. I like to have a sense of hitting. I hate treadmills the most. I like sports that require instant concentration rather than endurance. Interval training is also the best.

I'm a lyricist, so I don't sing while filming, but I filmed while listening to a lot of good songs and songs that will be used as OSTs. I tend to throw it away easily. I never cried during the last shoot. I’m having a really hard time filming. But when it's over, I have to take off my clothes quickly so that I can wear new clothes. I try to shake it off quickly.

Why are people curious and like Han Sohee?

I'm a bit timid.(Laugh) Nevertheless, I think fans like to express something honestly and express my feelings without filtering. I think they acknowledge it as one color. Who is that person? What's wrong with her? I think she's looking at me like this, so that's a good interest for me. I want to live young. Wear, eat, and express what I like. If I don't deviate from ethical and moral things, I want to live freely. I hope other people can find their own colors and stand out like sparks rather than passive ones.

Wow, that's a very difficult question. Um... A little stubborn.(Laughter) It may be a disadvantage when others see it, and sometimes it may seem rude, but I can't do anything I hate since I was young. I can never do what I think I can't do. But I think this personality helped me find my color the fastest. When I'm hooked on something, I'm the type to do whatever people around me say. That's one of my favorites.

I really like ramen. It's really good if I stick it in and put a little less than the water line for cup noodles. Do you know the amount of water you boil? One finger joint is water. Rather than adding eggs or cheese, it's best to eat ramen purely. I really want to eat it now, too!

Let's eat it together afterwards with hard-boiled noodles. What kind of person are you to Han Sohee?

There are so many cool members. I think people who live doing what they want to do are cool. Realistically, it can sound reckless to do what you're attracted to. So whenever I say something like this, my heart feels a little heavy. Still, I hope you live once in a while, so do what you want to do. I think people like that are the coolest these days. "Street Woman Fighter" is also a dancer who danced for a long time. The same goes for Monica. I've been there before my debut.

Because you want to learn how to dance?

Yes, I went to Hongdae. I couldn't learn because the teacher was busy. They've been dancing for a long time, and I thought they were really cool when I saw them shine this time.

That's Jang Kalguksu (Korean Spicy Noodle Soup). There's a language of grandmothers. She also believes in superstitions very well. There are so many things I can't do. You can't step on the threshold either. I bought a car, but there are rice and pollack in the car.(Laughter) My grandmother is a Buddhist, but she keeps buying things like amulets from somewhere. She keeps putting it in my wallet...It's all love.

you are learning, but you are not always at the filming site, and you have a lot of fun schedules. How about a pictorial shoot or interview like today? Are you enjoying it?

Don't you feel it? I love talking to people. I'm having so much fun right now. I really like pictorials and interviews. It's a schedule that's kind of like an outlet. If I look at the picture later, I think I'll think of today. This, tattoo. The day I drew on my face! This concept will be "Allure" for the first and last time. This is too strong. I really like it.

To all of my artist friends (whether it be writing, drawing, painting, clay work, crafts or other), you are incredible. Your talents are underrated af in this world but not by me. I appreciate you more than I can put into words and you guys make the world better.

There are people that prefer destruction but you are the reasons why this world has beauty. Those that create and not tear down... you guys are inspirational and even if you don’t realize it, you inspire me.

Ways to Show-Not-Tell Love Between Characters

Just so you all know, a lot of these will work just as much with a platonic/friend love as with a romantic relationship. Love is for all, not just romance-seekers. <3 I hope you enjoy this list.

having a fun/exciting day together, ending with a peaceful moment together (head on the shoulder/cuddles while watching a movie/etc)

holding hands casually and not even noticing it because it's so natural to them

cuddling watching movies

enjoying each other's company while doing separate things - but doing it together

laughing too hard at each other's jokes while other people are looking at them like they're idiots

other people joking about "you're so sweet I'm going to puke/get a cavity/etc"

trusting each other no matter what the other's stupid plan is - they know they have each other's backs

playing with each other's fingers while they hold hands

forehead/cheek/nose kisses - it doesn't always have to be a passionate/lustful make out session

My Heart Ain't a Toy, Conclusion

It was a long time before I saw her again. The darkness came and went many times. Every time the ocean lit up, I'd hold hope I'd see her again, but when the darkness returned, so did my dark thoughts.

I threw myself into my work. I trained nonstop, after all, a Guard's learning is never over. Just as those trying to harm the royal family are always learning new ways to harm you, we are always learning now ways to protect against these things.

So I trained harder than ever. But then... one day, she was just back. But something was off. She had a certain glow to her, unlike I'd seen before. I became addicted to her presence immediately. I rushed to her to talk to her, but another man swam in my way and I stopped immediately, filled with cold dread.

It was him. Our leader. I couldn't believe he was the one she ended up with. It would be any siren's dream - or mermaid - but she was my dream. I was torn between being happy for her and throwing myself a pity party. I became even more engrossed in my training after that day.

But one day, she came to visit me in secret. She told me that she was pregnant - which became very evident after I realized what was happening. My eyes snapped up to hers and she nodded once.

"He wants to be my lifemate," she told me, changing the topic immediately. My mind started whirling. She was going to be a mother... the woman of my dreams... something about that drew me to her even more.

She started talking about how they met and how he was immediately interested in her. It filled me with disgust. She was my age. The man was old. No one even truly knew his age. For all we knew, he could be old enough to drop dead of natural causes right now and we'd never know the difference.

I rubbed my eyes, trying not to show my distress but failing. I couldn't believe she showed back up only to rip my heart out of my chest again. I felt a gentle touch on my arm.

"K-" She was interrupted by the door slamming open.

"My mate, why are you here alone with my guard?" The familiar face barked out. I tensed, hoping I was wrong but when I opened my eyes, I was dreadfully right. It was the Leader.

I swam back slightly, shifting my gaze.

"Sir, I-"

"I want you to go to the training room now. You clearly have a lesson to learn about trying to steal other men's women. Especially you leader's of all people." I looked at her neutrally, not wanting to let him know how torn my heart was between my loyalty for my Leader and my love for his mate.

I gave her a fleeting glance before rushing out the door to do as demanded.

And I got the beating of my life. Little did he know, that beating was all it took to push his mate right back in my arms. Though she was mated to him, I was always and always will be, the one in her heart.
