High Republic characters in Phase 3 according to the encyclopedia (who haven't appeared in phase 3 media or been officially confirmed for an upcoming project yet):

Kara Xoo (newest Tempest Runner the last time we saw her. seems like she's out of a job tho?)

Kisma Uttersond (got the fuck outta there but not well enough i suppose)

Zadina Mkampa (evil scientist lady, presumably to cross Avon's path again?)

Yacek Sparkburn (the other two Dalna phase 1 Jedi have been at least mentioned in new media. also his probably-relative Jordanna is confirmed for an upcoming novel)

Yaddle (she canonically has to make it out be we don't know anything about what she might be up to. she talked to Vernestra that one time? also one of the few living Night of Sorrow survivors. not that she told anyone much)

Sylvestri Yarrow (presumably appearing alongside Jordanna as her gf)

Neeto Janajana (presumably appearing alongside Syl as her colleague)

Xylan Graf (presumably connected to Syl/Jordanna's plot)

Ghal Tarpfen (apparently dead according to Timelines? what's that about)

Vane Sarpo (idk i don't really know him much)

Viv'nia Nia'viv, Nima Allets, Zaret, Ru-ru (Lily and Arkoff were confirmed for Edge of Balance Vol. 3, so I assume these will also be there. hopefully the kids stay safe tho - this is the manga that killed a teen Jedi back in phase 1 when we didn't even expect it lol)

Lynela Kabe-Oyu (?? this seems random for such a minor character. let's go i guess)

Griswal (likewise - she's the tiny old Jedi Kantam rescued in the story they were telling younglings)

Krix Kamerat (big deal since the last time we saw him he was squaring off against Lula on a burning doomed space station. and Lula very pointedly doesn't have the little phase 3 symbol next to her lol)

Sian Holt (Emerick has been mentioned as working with Reath on research so maybe she's connected to that?)

Tia Toon (the tiny troublemaking but well-intentioned senator from TRS. hey dude how's it feel knowing that the tech you refused to buy for the Republic ended up with the Nihil instead. and directly led to the public execution of a Jedi Grandmaster lol)

Dal Azim (the teen Jedi from Lourna's backstory!! not a teen anymore but fingers crossed for a reunion)
