Penetration, collage, 2024

I was really hoping this collage wouldn't look like a total ripoff of Rectal Itch, and I think I was successful in making it different. Consider it a series with more parts to come. I included several nods to the first collage (a switchblade, a prominently featured "sex-change movie" poster) but where the first was focused on horror, I focused more on sexploitation with this piece. I did, however, include a tribute to exploitation movie legend Samuel Z. Arkoff. Don't overlook David Bowie, Jayne Mansfield, and a teen clutching to a giant woman's breasts from Bert I. Gordon's "Village of the Giants."

hey remember that not at all depressing poster from the end of phase 1?

anyway i went back with the info we got since (up to the first wave of phase 3, but timeline-wise shortly after the fall).

(red for confirmed dead, yellow for missing presumed dead, green for no-specific-reason-to-think-they're-dead-but-very-much-missing)

1. The Starlight Beacon. Extremely dead.

2. Vernestra Rwoh and Imri Cantaros. Vernestra could be green (heh) i suppose. We got an update on her and Imri's situation in Tales of Light and Life and a recap during her chapters in the beginning of Defy the Storm.

3. Bell Zettifar. He made it through TFS, yay!

4. Burryaga and Nib Assek. Their fates were described in TFS.

5. Avar Kriss. Made it but left very shortly after as seen in Shadows of Starlight.

6. Sskeer. We didn't know what supposedly happened there until the first issue of THR 2023, where Keeve reminisces about the events.

7. Keeve Trennis. She lived :)

8. Terec and Ceret. Also lived.

9. Estala Maru. Dead during the last issue of THR 2021.

10. Torban “Buckets of Blood” Buck. MIA as per THRA 2023.

11. Lula Talisola, Farzala Tarabal, and Qort. Lula especially was in a scary position in Starlight Coda. We learned of the trio's situation first in THRA 2023 issue 1.

12. Kantam Sy. Saved by being elsewhere during the Beacon's fall, in Midnight Horizon.

13. Porter Engle. Revealed to have been stranded behind the Stormwall shortly after, discussed in The Eye of Darkness.

14. Orla Jareni. Dead in TFS.

15. Stellan Gios. Same :(

16. Cohmac Vitus. Ditched the order in Midnight Horizon. Not for a short and quick identity crisis either, as confirmed in Shadows of Starlight.

17. Ram Jomaram. Assumed to be fine, relatively speaking, because of Midnight Horizon showing him on Corellia. Then Escape from Valo punched us in the face with the knowledge he went to Valo right after and was trapped there.

18. Reath Silas. He lived and didn't even go AWOL like his master and best friend.

19. Elzar Mann. Lived but at what cost.

20. Lily Tora-Asi, Padawan Keerin Fionn, and Master Arkoff. AWOL, dead, fine. The first two are discussed in The Edge of Balance Vol 2, Arkoff shows up in Shadows of Starlight to knight Burry.

21. Emerick Caphtor. We saw him in the middle of the action during the Beacon's fall but he showed up at the beginning of Shadows of Starlight and was ok.

OOOOO THAT’S SO COOL!!! I saw Hermes when I looked in the asmr tag for the literal first time and was like. stunned. The design itself is GORGEOUS (I’m a HUGE humanoid-with-animal/monster-body-parts (is there a name for that??) fan) and I didn’t know this was a thing? It’s super unique and I love it DHDHSKS. If you ever get the time I’d love to hear more about these guys or any other ocs you have!! :D

here’s my lecture over my listeners

first up is Hermes he’s the second listener I first design (before I started posting)

This was his orginal design! When first drawing him I thought squid guy(I can’t remember his name for the life of me rn) was the love interest.

Hermes was intented to be mostly fish like and a more confident personality to counteract squids personality

but the notion of Hermes/paradise is just some weird guy with hospital trauma and mother issues was too tempting.

his character as a whole is just basically my own medical trauma.

I like to think with all the different species in his genes that it messed up his immune system and his general body functions

In this case he would constantly get sick and have Cronic stomach issues.

along side he’d have terrible eyesight + astigmatism and like mild breathing issues

his skin reaction to outside damage is quite odd, ever time his body sustained mild injuries his skin repairs itself but changes the way the skin look (ie colour or texture)

however the more extreme cases his skin will become the exact opposite it once was. Example if the patch of skin is scaly it will now become a soft fuzzy feel.

Furthermore the body has a limited amount of change to fix damaged skin/muscle and bone.

think of a hand of cards if the body puts down all of its cards over the extended period of time that area of skin will not repair. Regardless of healing abilities from others, white blood cells that chunk of skin will not heal.

so there is the possibility that Hermes’ could have bone or muscle showing but it hasn’t happened yet.

He wears compression wear to help blood flow through his body.

when choosing his name I did intend to make his name Hermes’ but I thought it be too on the nose but I ended really liking it!

Hermes mom, Arkoff, always gave me a feeling that she treated him more like a pet then anything.
