I know this is probably a stupid question, but are stim boards actually supposed to make you stim? I have autism and adhd and I don't stim a lot (probably because of constand masking, but I also don't know where my masking begins or ends, so that might have something to do with it.)

But I've seen so many, even some of my favorite characters, and have never stimmed at all. Not even a wiggle. Am I like- missing out??
