Akane-Banashi's really just gets better and better every chapter, I just cannot believe it!

Ok and, I mean I am interested in Akane's journey/character, but also: same, Kaisei, same. (the speed with which I keep opening these chapters every Sunday evening....)

He's such an interesting character too: it seems like he stood in pretty last-minute for someone else, so he must have adapted that story to fit the time slot also pretty much last minute, then gave such a shocking and captivating performance that blew away the entire audience and everyone watching from the wings and for what...? For Akane to see?? The story about a jealous lover who will curse her "successors" to death??? And then turning around like "Oh don't read into that. I'm only interested in the story you're going to tell." Iconic.
