ANEMOIA FOR 1.19

Minecraft overhauled how biomes are named and numbered on the back end so I had to reorganize everything related to custom biome colors and textures--this release might have some quirks to work out and need some further tuning. Nevertheless, Anemoia 1.19 is now available for download!

hi! ive been a fan of the anemoia pack for a long while, and i was curious if you were gonna update it for 1.19? :0 sorry for bothering you about this!

You're not a bother! Always happy to hear people are enjoying Anemoia.

As for an update, I do plan on updating however I'm not sure when that will be, it's possible I might not get around to it until a later version of minecraft. Currently all my pixel art energy is going towards another secret project that I'm hoping to share later in the year. ;)

I have answered this question previously here! In short, I do plan on revisiting Anemoia for a later minecraft update but I have no ETA on when that will be because I am tied up in another pixel project. ;)

My original 1.16 pack has been updated for Caves & Cliffs Part 1. Thanks for your patience! I’ve probably missed something here or there, I haven’t tested this suuuper thoroughly. Leave me a comment in the replies or on Forge if you see any blocks with blatant errors on ‘em.

Aw, shucks, I just love me an excuse to make tiles.

As a sneak peek, here's some ores.

In Caves & Cliffs, Mojang decided to make the ores slightly different shapes so colorblind players had an easier time telling what they were looking at, and I thought that was a smart move I wanted to incorporate into my pack (while still keeping with the star theme). Now, it's probably not the most perfect execution but it should make Iron and Gold look less identical at least (which was a common bit of feedback I got on my pack).

ANEMOIA LITE VERSION for 1.16

Do you like the look of Anemoia, but are unable to use Optifine for whatever reason? I’ve compiled a smaller, stripped down version of the pack for people like you!

I still HIGHLY recommend you use the full version if you can. But if you can’t, you’ve got options.

Will you be updating Anemoia for 1.17? It is the best texture pack I have ever used.

I've gotten this question a couple times so I'll add a note to my texture packs page about this.

Short answer: yes!

Long answer: it'll take a little while for college reasons. I got a big text document I'm working through of all the blocks and items added and all the Optifine resources I'll need to update for it.

I'd post some progress but I've mostly done boring blocks so far...

Hey! with 1.17 I was wondering if you had any intention of possibly updating the resource pack for it? Of course you have a life and things your doing and understandably would be busy so this is mainly asking like down the line, at any point, would you possibly update the pack to cover all the new ores and items? :0

I do plan to update to update Anemoia for Caves & Cliffs (and possibly future updates beyond that). How long it'll take will depend on the following factors:

1. How much new content is in 1.17 2. If 1.17 rearranges any back-end information (renaming textures or altering biome IDs creates more work) 3. How long it takes for an Optifine 1.17 to roll out.

So I can't give any kind of solid ETA. We'll just have to see!
