so i have this weird thing that happens to me sometimes that i don’t know what causes it or what it is even but, some days i will wake up and all day long, at random times, repeatedly, i will have split second “images” pop into my minds eye that fade so fast i can’t even begin to comprehend what i had just seen. its happened to me many times throughout the years and I’m currently on an episode right now. it happens enough times to be worrisome and distracting but i haven’t a clue what it is, where it comes from, and what causes it. google searches reveal mind pops? and that is a symptom of schizophrenia but i don’t have hallucinations, paranoia (except maybe health related things but that’s more just anxiety than paranoia i think) or delusions.

anyone have experience with this or with something similar? this recent “episode” has gone on for almost 3 days now since i woke up from dead sleep during a nap.
