my wings came back last night, and that was definitely a surprise because i haven't experienced any sort of transformations related to my avian self in a while. but on the bright side, the shift was so strong ive actually been able to sort of pinpoint what my body looks like when i take the form of it so that's fun

im having a sort of dilemma right now. i want to identify myself as an avianthrope; but my identity is more closely related to being a physcial avianthrope. the thing is, i don’t believe that it is a delusion at all. i just feel as though one day, or at some point, i am or will be biologically human AND my avian theriotype. i feel as though it is in my DNA. is this considered to be clinical zoanthropy?

i will definitely reassess this when my medication dose is fixed because it may just be that, but i would really like to hear input from others.

Hello my beautiful birds!

I have a very, very great app to share with you today. It is called Ultimate Bird Sim, available for IOS and GooglePlay. Let me begin by just saying that this alone has helped my dysphoria a tenthfold. The designers did a great job animating appropriate flight patterns for each species. You can hunt, fish, forage, fly, soar, build nests, explore four different “islands”, and raise a family. You can dominate a mate or bond with them over food. The game does cost 99 cents, but in all honesty, it is the best dollar I have ever spent on an app. I highly recommend it for birds!

quick personal note because I have a lot of new followers.

 I know I’ve joked a lot in the past about the common artist joke of “hahaha! erotica money” but also if you’re a kid getting into art there are actually opportunities to make an art career without doing that. 

even when I was a teeny bopper doing DnD OC sketches and fursona requests on the DA forums back in the heyday of it’s child grooming problems I was still able to say “no erotica/excessive bodily fluids/avianthropes” and people would respect that. nothing wrong with birdsonas or aarakocra and kenku or tengu or whatever I was just self-conscious about being bad at drawing birds.

just figured I’d state that point blank. since I know a lot of you might take those jokes at face value instead, without knowing the context.
