(on the current situation in h , k)

was going thru twitter to try and find some translation pages but I happened upon SVT_Fancafe and they made a post this month about how they were torn between being identities as an american a H Ker and carat bc of the posts that the8 and jun retweeted and just seeing it for myself on their weibo kinda sinks a stone into my stomach

bc i also have relatives in there and h k feels like my second home and just to see how its been dragged out for MONTHS and no one getting anywhere despite all their struggles they’ve put up and the absolute sh it they’ve had to go through .. like the police outright admitting that they sent ppl disguised as regular people to incite riots and catch others with video footage of them going back to the comfort of their guarded barriers..colluding with chinese mafia ..among other worse things..

and like maybe other carats are right... maybe their chinese weibo branch is managed by some other ppl and those posts aren’t of their own volition bc it is also weird that those posts were all around the same exact time

but it just makes me sad.
