also side note; Nephrus’s hairstyles vary, but usually he’ll wear it as neat as possible when in public/under his disguise. he’s a creature of habit afterall, and likes tucking his favourite hairpiece into the side of his braid. When he’s not wearing the hairpiece or its early enough in the morning, his hair will be more loose. just some food for thought ;)

Mer, Fable, Bound and Cantripped Headcannons because they have been in my brain too long.

Sorry that these are in no particular order and a little all over the place. Also sorry if this is a little long.

Rae has braided everyone's hair at least once. And I do mean everyone. This makes sense for characters with long hair (Ocie, Aax, Wolf, Ulysses). But even Jamie, Icarus and Centross were not safe. The real kicker is that it wasn't even a conscious thing half the time.

After a certain number of days of Virgil not sleeping, Pedro will hide anything with caffeine in it so that he will get sleep. It is a 50/50 split if Virgil still finds it or passes out, but hey... whatever works.

Everyone on Fable has some semblance of dried flower petals in their pockets because of GardenDuo.

Icarus can make bird sounds when they are very happy.

The same thing goes for everyone except Rune in Sky Bound.

Speaking of Rune, they smell of fresh-baked bread and motor oil and somehow makes it work.

Roan liked a song growing up about a soldier, a poet, and a king and when she first met the group she thought of that song. Dan as the soldier, Nef as the poet, and Kieran as the king.

Dan used to sing his little sister to sleep some nights when she has nightmares and has a pretty singing voice. (I will die on this hill)

Orion sometimes makes clicking (orca's echolocate) sounds and gets embarrassed but Theo thinks it's cute.

Faye and Theo have a strong sense of smell so they like the smell of people they love. (They are sharks and also the smell of people I love comforts me sooo).

Theo is really bad at biting his fingers when he is thinking to hard.

I also think that all versions of Rae do this.

sometimes i think about how Nephrus only drops his disguise at night when he sleeps, or when he’s woken up in the morning, so no one sees his real face in the sun or in public. No one gets to see the real him :(

Welcome to Connor assigns all his characters a version of the song “Poor Wayfaring Stranger” because I realised it was a funny thing I could do:

Ulysses = Poor Man’s Poison

Like most of PMP’s music it’s got that slightly sinister, really heavy quality to it. But the song itself if still inherently somewhat hopeful and ethereal, and I think it really fits the weight of Ulysses life, and the way he things moving on, and moving home feels.

Daniel Thorns = Johnny Cash

There’s something about Dan that just strikes me as a Johnny Cash vibe. The lone wandering man archetype. The low, almost spoken lyrics accompanied by the guitar, with the very earthy feel, it’s just very Dan.

Leopold = Ashley Johnson & Troy Baker (The Last of Us Part II)

…I don’t know how much I can say or how much I even need to say. The version feels so much more personal and somber, and feels like a contemplation of death far more than the others, and it just… really fits.

Virgil = Andreas Scholl

The strings? The vocalization? The almost operatic and contemplative nature of the piece? Absolutely. It’s such a different departure from the other characters but so is Virgil, in a lot of ways. When I picture these songs I picture them to like, cinematic scenes or AMVs and I can just so clearly picture Virgil playing his violin to this, intercut with shots of him doing things.
