My shipping philosophy:

I get pretty invested so I'm really careful about the ships I attach myself to. There are literally hundreds of ships I don't invest in because it's all too much. But in a way, i always ship. I can't seem to really delve into a show unless there's something to ship, but it's a sliding scale of levels, like hoarding. Level 1 - chemistry is hit or miss for me but the writers have chosen to go this way. I'm on board until something better comes along. Don't even bother reading fic. (K*rolsen) Level 2 - chemistry's decent but it seems like the intrigue is going to result in more drama than payoff (Emron, Klamille) Level 3 - chemistry is good, banter is on point, but I have no idea how they are going to pull this off or if the show is going to last long enough. Reserving judgement. Happy to read fic though. (Daniel/Vala, Bawson). Level 4 - chemistry is undeniable. They have banter, they have wit and they pine for one another. I'm in like Flynn, churning out fanfic like there's no tomorrow. But the drama goes on so long the relationship becomes legitimately problematic and I start writing crossover fanfic where the non-asshole half of the couple ends up with someone who actually deserves him/her. Then the show drags out the courtship so long the final payoff gets shoehorned into the final season as an afterthought. (Josh/Donna on The West Wing.) Level 5 - OTPs for LIFE. Off the charts chemistry. Grand love story and living it large. I write fanfic in celebration and joy! They kiss! They have sex!! They build a life together (or at least they are clearly headed that way. (Captain Swan, Karamel, Olicity, Jamie x Claire) I DO NOT indulge in crackships or fanon ships. I don't see the point. Canon ships are painful enough to watch - especially when the writers love baiting the audience ("Don't miss the last five minutes!!"). Crack ships only lead to one place -- disappointment! And I don't hate (canon) ships, it's a waste of time. I just remember it's not my story to tell. When I write it's my biggest pet peeve when someone tries to tell me which direction to take my story!! Only one person can do that and her name is Muse. She's finicky but she usually never steers me wrong.

Hey! I absolutely loved your story To the Moon and Back, it was everything I needed and so much more, after Netflix decided to cancel the show.. I loved Aaron and Emily together and I will never get over the fact that we won't get to see them end up together! I hope that you will write so many more stories about them, because there honestly aren't enough of them out there!

Awww, thank you so much :) After watching S3, I had to write them a better ending. I do have a couple of Emron fics to finish, so stay tuned for now!
