Welp, time to start this song and dance again

The vocal majority consensus/theory from the JP fandom is that Mystery Girl here is a younger Midori Kitakami. 

When seen side by side, there’s definitely a similarity so I’m also leaning toward this.

If we do end up seeing just how Third Impact ruined her life with our own eyes, that’ll certainly make her actions in 3.0+1.0 hit different...

Though I have to say, it’s kind of funny that purple-haired Misato has been living and...well, not thriving, since 1995, but someone having natural PINK hair in Eva’s setting is just a step too far!   

The (-46h) part of the title likely refers to ‘46 hours before Third Impact’ which means we are definitely getting that interquel material, albeit if just a bit of it.

I saw some wondering if it might be ‘46 hours before 3.0′ instead, but Asuka’s appearance casts doubt on that. Note the short hair, possibly still growing back from various Angel-focused experiments and treatment, and the original plugsuit before it was held together by duct tape and a dream.

Asuka’s blindfold also appears to have Angel-Sealing Hex Glyphs (or something similar) along with some tech implanted. The blindfold is probably NERV’s (later WILLE’s) early version of what would later become her eyepatch and the Angel-Sealing Hex Pillar implanted into her socket for keeping the 9th Angel sealed.

Speaking of, I wonder, will we finally get to see Rebuild’s 11th Angel?

If you haven't heard, pre-orders for the October 17th physical release of Evangelion:3.0+1.11 have gone live in various places, including Amazon, direct from @gkidsfilms, direct from @alltheanimeuk, and more. There are various collector's and standard editions available.

Among the extras worth highlighting, it would seem like all releases will be receiving the 17 page EVANGELION:3.0(-120min.) oneshot manga and the 11 minute EVANGELION:3.0(-46h) short, both of which serve as pre/interquels to the events of Evangelion 3.0.

Run time 262 min. Aspect Ratio 2.39:1. Audio English and Japanese (DTS-HD MA 5.1). Subtitles English, French and Spanish. Region A.

1 UHD Blu Ray (black) and 2 Blu Rays (white), one of which includes bonus content: Evangelion 3.0 (-46h), and Evangelion 3.0 (-120min.)

Transparent disc trays on a gatefold and a slipcase, both white with the iridescent lettering. A booklet, 5 cards and a folded poster are inside. Paper quality and printing are very good. I'd like the slipcase to be sturdier, but it's not bad as it is. The gatefold has a white matte finish that would have been a better choice for the slipcase. The poster is a letdown, not because of the image itself, or the quality of the printing (which is very good), but because it comes folded. But what could you do, really? There's no other way to pack it inside a Blu Ray size packaging. So, it is what it is.

It retails for $80 U.S.D., but I'm sure it can be found cheaper. There's a Standard Edition for $30 U.S.D.: without the 4K Blu Ray, cards and poster, that could be a good option too.
