The one thing I will never be forgiven for is that during my first run of CQL, (in addition to the fact that I am generally horrible at remembering faces), I was so caught up in reading the subtitles, trying to remember all the names, and keeping track of what’s going on, I only registered Nmj as The Dude with the Stache, so when Sect Leader Yao appeared, I was completely lost as to which was who. And when I thought I had it figured out, I was wrong.

I sincerely apologize, and I always feel this guilt when I see Nmj, so here I am confessing.

I always imagine NHS in the modern days as famous, maybe INSTA famous or on something other social media site (I don’t know what sites are there 😅) He’d look funny wearing his flower embroided shirts next to his very jock brother but he’d be too fabulous to care.

JGY can go. He won’t be missed. Right! JGS and WRH are the two most horrible people of the story. They are evil, only to be evil. I feel WRH is so bad I actually catch myself feeling... kind of bad for Wen Chao and all of his issues. Still hate him, but I kind of pity him too.

That’s a very heavy question wow! I think many would disagree with me but I’d forgive Wen Zhuliu. I like his character a lot (I call him Julio with affection). He’s morally grey, kind of, extremely dedicated and loyal. He knows what he is doing, though that probably makes his sins even worse because he does know what is right and what is wrong. But I just find him interesting for it. If he would have ended up with any other clan (okay, not the Jins), he would have been a great, respectable and just character. I many times dream about him being one of Mingjue’s men - he would have shined in the Nie clan. I know, I’m biased. Oh! And if we’re looking for a lighter one, Jin Zixuan. He had a very nice character development, I’m proud of him!
