This weekend has turned out to be one of those where I don’t do a single thing I had planned. Back to mechanic? Nope. Clean the stove? Nope. Yard work? Not that, either. Instead, I’m binging The Girfriend Experience, eating cake and calling it done. I did manage to take a quick shot, though, of recently added shop rings. And, peep that bottom 18k French ring coming to the shop next week. All you ladies asking me for bigger sizes, she’s an 11.75 and sizeable. Happy weekending. 🍾

It’s still freezing cold and I’m still hermiting but, I did leave the house once this week - to meet up with the ever so lovely Mariam of @hiddenatticantiques. We ooh-ed and aah-ed over each other’s pieces and talked lots of shop and jewels. She is the loveliest and has a gorgeous shop full of delicious baubles from all eras. She also takes gorgeous photos (like this one - rings nfs) and makes me want to get a proper manicure. 💅🏼

Can you tell I have a type? … A study in reds for today’s @dames_a_la_mode theme. Even when the clouds hide the sun and there’s not a candle in sight, moody garnets steal my heart. Both pairs of garnet earrings have been converted from a Georgian brooch and are listed in the shop. Rings are nfs 🍒

This guy. He’s a little too tight for my finger and I can’t wear him a couple of days during the month 😬 so I promised myself I’d only keep him until I found another garnet. I have a half hoop on its way to me but, I’m still looking for my pfm eternity. This one sold before I even posted here on IG. Going to miss that gorgeous glow. .
