@mysonkylo/ @mykingjon I genuinely remember being so so excited when I found out that Natalia followed me. She’s super funny, kind, and just an all around great human being. Her blogs are both amazing and she is too. She definitely makes this website a better, more enjoyable place and we don’t deserve her. Also, if you’re not already following her then why do you even have a blog?!

@matthew-murdock wow another great human, what a surprise?! We’ve been following one another for quite a while now and I remember that I was super excited when that happened. She’s one of my favorites on here, her blog is beautiful, and her kindness only makes following her even better!

Hi! I was just looking through the Making It tag and saw your post. What is 100 happy days (or whatever your hashtag was)? Sounds really cool. Thanks :)

Love this ask!!  100happydays is a challenge to find one thing daily that makes you happy and share it 100 days in a row.  For me it is a helpful act of self care.  I struggle with anxiety and depression and it sucks.  I have done this challenge on tumblr and twitter a few times and it is now a part of my recovery toolbox because it is easy to fall down rabbit hole of dread and negativity.  The simple act of finding one thing that makes me happy daily (it could be time with family, a song on the radio, a sunset, my dogs, finding a missing sock, and a McDonald’s Diet Coke) has done wonders for my mental health.  I am not totally diligent about posting about this challenge daily but the act of conditioning my brain to look for the positives rather than dwelling on whatever I am stressing about has changed my life.

I'm sick but my dear friend has a surprise bachelorette party this weekend. How do you get rid of colds fast?!

Oh no that’s awful! I’m so sorry! ): Whenever I get a cold I drink a lot of tea with honey, take epsom salt baths, gargle salt water 2 to 3 times a day, and try to rest as much as I can! Also, Vitamin C tablets have helped me in the past! Most of the time doing those things helps it go away a lot quicker! When I was a kid I never got sick, but now I swear I’m sick like every other month. It’s ridiculous! I hope that you feel better! I know how much it sucks!
