I’m very soft this Wild Wednesday but here’s my thought 🥰

So I was looking at the keyboard in my room and I just imagine walking in and seeing Sammy playing the keys. So I go up behind him and start playing with his hair or massaging his scalp or shoulders just to help him relax and if he leaned his head back I would kiss him gently on his forehead 🥺

Ugh soft Sammy, my love.

Just going about your day hearing him playing upstairs, listening to all the mess ups and wrong keys, the chords he plays over and over until he works it out. Playing the parts he knows fast and the parts he's learning slower. Getting lost in the sound and forgetting its him because it's just part of the ambience in your mind.

Hearing him play is like being inside of his mind, all the things he's trying and attempting to figure out, what ideas he jumps to when they don't work out, getting excited and playing faster and reminding himself to stay in time. Going up stairs to see him concentrating on this one bit he just can't get down, his fingers not hitting the keys correctly or pausing to go back and try again. Just watching the way he blinks hard on the notes he loves to play and the way his lips pout when he's discovering a new part.

You can't help but be drawn to him, his back on display under his thin tshirt, his perfect silhouette, his beautiful brown hair, you can't stop yourself from coming up behind him and wrapping your arms around him from behind. His hands pause, "Don't stop. I like when you play." You say softly in his ear. He smiles to himself and begins again.

You bring your chin to rest on his head, arms falling over his shoulders as his skilled fingers play along the ivory keys. You bend back down and kiss his forehead, "I like it." "It's a mess." "I like all of it." You press again, kissing his cheek as a punctuation of your honesty. "I like all of you." He smiles looking up at you. "I like all of you, baby boy." You smile back at him, kissing him once more on his forehead before he begins to play again.
