#i love the disaster lineage but i just don't see how rey fits into it

In some ways it's kinda baffling to me that Rey is part of the disaster lineage because like.... Luke didn't even train her. He gave her a couple of useless tips and then she left his island and then he died? Pretty sure Ben did more to connect Rey to the Force than anyone else.
