12. I really like how Claire only shows an embarrassing dancing clip and not anything racy; I know it's like she stayed classy in spite all of it. She just wanted to make Pangrum afraid and feel the same thing she did but not actually humiliate her.

13. EVERYONE CLAPS as she says she was finally crowned queen of the white city. EXCEPT maybe Pom. I'm imagining he's still sitting there with that same look on his face.

14. Her telling Cha-em her costume was beautiful T_T. Cha-em deserves this. IT WAS BEAUTIFUL. And she did nothing wrong except having resting bitch face.

16. I kind of feel bad for Korn because he didn't even mention his feelings (just quietly supported her desire for a relationship with Punn, saying if he loves you he wouldn't care and like not making a big deal out of it) and she rejects him anyways.

17. Punn actually having been the one to give the information to Claire though gets me right in my feelings. What an ICONIC boyfriend, tbh.

Her seeing the Punn loved her genuinely made me grin so it gets a spot. T_T

20. Also the last shot... VERY good foreshadowing. Holy fuck.

overall episode 4 analysis: I think Claire is under utilized in the rest of the series, tbh. I love her power and how it manifests and it feels very... uhh teenage girl for her to use it as she does. i really liked the way the other gifted kids were involved in this-- korn as a connection to her past and punn as her future kind of helped bridge the medfai>claire thing in the narrative imo. i also like that punn was accepting (in his own way) by telling her to forget about what happened in the past/that he wants to get to know her and not the person she's trying to leave behind. (also major props to the face acting of pom, pang, and namtarn during the play scene and everyone else. no words spoken and yet it says everything.)

i also really liked the little hints (the colors flashing earlier and the scene at the end with the music sheet of what is to come next with punn's episode.)
