I'd love to share my thoughts! I hope this is well received and I'd love to give more of my HCs for the boys in the future!

Marko as a dad 💚

Everyone kind of underestimates Marko's potential as a parent. He's often seen as the wild, unpredictable one, so when the idea of him having kids comes up, there's a sense of doubt.

But to everyone's surprise, the best qualities in Marko shine through when he learns he's going to be a father. He's always been so loyal, doting and ready to be there for his friends, and he'd do the same for his child in a heartbeat. And that also applies to the situation BEFORE they're born.

Anything his partner needs or wants, they'll get with no questions asks. Have a very specific food craving? He'll have it ready in mere minutes. Can't get comfortable? He'll make the coziest nest you've ever seen. Need some supplies for the baby? He's got bags and bags of food, clothes, diapers, and anything else you need. Just don't expect him to actually buy the stuff. He's still a little thief at heart.

When his child is born, he's immediately in love. Like he would 1000% walk into the sunlight for his kid, even if they're only a few minutes old. He soothes them so sweetly and promises to keep them safe.

While it's very sweet, he's also a bit territorial with his child. Even with his own friends he's hesitant to let them hold the baby. After his fears are settled, Marko will let the others have turns spending time with the little one.

Only family and friends are allowed near his kid. If Marko doesn't like you, you're NOT getting near them.

The others tease that he's more of a guard dog than a dad. But with time and trust, Marko learns not to hover so much.

Despite being protective, he's definitely a fun dad!! He's the kind of parent that thinks kids should enjoy playing in the dirt, going on adventures and taking some risks.

He's also quite creative, so if his kid likes coloring books or arts and crafts, he's right by their side, making something special together.

Is definitely the parent that saves every single piece of art their kids make in school. Does he need to hold onto every stick figure drawing his child makes? No. Is he gonna do it anyway? YES.

If his kid is into sports, he's their biggest fan. Since they're vampires, his kid only plays during nighttime. No matter what it is, he's on the sidelines, cheering the loudest!

Is big on teaching his child to care for animals. He shows off his pet pigeons to them and let's them know how to handle the birds with care.

Definitely on board with getting his kid a pet. Dog, cat, bird, fish, it doesn't matter. Whatever makes them happy.

Another thing he's surprisingly great at is teaching his child valuable lessons. Like "treat others the way you want to be treated" or "it's okay to cry if you're feeling sad". Even his friends are surprised to see him act so wise.

PRIDE DAD🏳️‍🌈

YOU BET YOUR ASS HE'D BE THE COOL DAD THAT TAKES HIS KID TO A PRIDE EVENT. No cops at pride, just the Lost Boys.

He'd teach his child about the different flags and what they all mean, encourage them to learn more about the community, and to be respectful of everyone's identity and pronouns.

What I mean is that he's definitely getting his kid a jacket of their own, and sewing on any patch they want. Maybe he'd even teach them how to sew as well.

He'd also encourage his kid to express themselves however they want with fashion. He's been around so long that he doesn't worry or care about stuff like who wears pink and who wears blue. So he's supportive no matter what.

Same goes for haircuts and makeup!

Now don't get me wrong, he's definitely a sweet kind of dad. But he's still a wild child at heart, and he's letting that rub off on his own baby.

He teaches his child how nazis deserve to be punched in the face, that cops aren't your friends and that privileged people in power try to keep down those who are poor, POC, or a part of the LGBTQ+ community.

In a way, Marko encourages his child to be a vigilante of some sort. Taking down those who think they can mistreat those who don't deserve it.

If his kid gets into a fight, he's either tagging in to help or defending them so they don't get in trouble.

When teaching his kid how to use their powers, he's encouraging them to be ruthless with their kills. Leave no survivors and enjoy your meal.

He also does a bit of combat training. Deep down, he's terrified that someone is going to hurt his baby, even if they've got powers to defend themselves. He just wants to do whatever he can to keep them safe.

Marko isn't the best with discipline. He loves trouble-making and being a bit chaotic, so unfortunately, his partner will have to be the "strict" one.

However, if his kid does something where they're potentially in danger, THEN he'll give them a serious talking to.

"I told you not to go with strangers! You could have gotten hurt! I was worried sick!"

He's worried about his baby.

Oh yeah, God help anyone who hurts his baby. They WILL die, and it will be painfully slow.

Now I personally HC him as being Italian and also Jewish (in honor of Alex Winter's faith). DISCLAIMER: I'm not Jewish myself. However, I believe whatever important teachings or stories he wants to share with his child would be done in great detail. He'd share details about his heritage and culture, teaching his child Italian and Hebrew as best as he can.

((Side note: If anyone out there does in fact practice Judaism, I would love to get your thoughts on how Marko would relate to it. I want to be as respectful as possible and learn whatever I can!))

Overall, Marko is an amazing father. He's devoted to his baby every step of the way. He's not perfect, but what parent is?

The palette is on point, but also they had every kind of gay trope between the teammates: Brocedes, Valewis, Britcedes… and they recent history: they came out of nowhere, they were very quiet at the beginning but since they find the confidence (2014) they are energic, glad to be at the center of everyone’s attention, slay every time they’re going out

RED BULL: aromantic spectrum. They loved only twice in their lifetime (Vettel and Verstappen), the other drivers were never a match (they’re famous to change drivers in the middle of the season), it was good but when they asked for a romantic relationship they ended everything (Ricciardo)

FERRARI: lesbian vibes. Apart from the color of the car, it’s the way the drivers are babygirls to the team and the fans. This doesn’t make them less valid, they’re still trans, but when they’re going to complete the transition without interruptions, they’re going to be happy and free

ASTON MARTIN: genderqueer. They changed the philosophy of the car so much: first the “pink Mercedes”, now the “green red bull", they don’t have a gender they’re just vibing with the flow and I respect them.

ALFA ROMEO: Asexual flag. Very romantic, never sexualize its drivers, just love and cheers for everyone. Team and car are so soft and pure, one of the last ones with no big drama

6. What made you realize your current labels fit you?

pansexual: well I went to therapy and got past some trauma and realized I am totally not asexual like I had thought. I'm not... a huge fan of the term "demisexual" but the concept applies to me, so the way I see it, if I need to have an emotional connection to someone to be attracted to them, then... their gender can't really matter that much. So. Pansexual.

trans man: I spent forever *wanting* to be one, but I felt like I couldn't be... so I had to sit (and also talk to my therapist) and figure out why that was and once I did a lot of deconstructing, I realized that's what I am. Although my nature is to be as flexible as possible, so for right now, I haven't completely shed the NB label yet and I don't know if ever will.

10. When did you realize you weren’t cishet?

I realized I wasn't heterosexual when I was a teenager and I realized I wasn't cis in 2014 when I was like... 24/25? (I have a lot of Feelings about being that old when I figured it out.) Someone asked me my pronouns and it threw me into an existential crisis and then a journey of self-discovery XD

I love the pan flag ^-^ it makes me so happy. Such happy colors. I love the rainbow flag too (and the most common updated version I've seen).

Hi! I'm Sabre. Welcome to my blog, I guess.

I'll use this post to introduce myself a little. I'm a 20 year old. My pronouns are he/they. I'm straight.

I'm a big fan of a lot of different things. Odds are that, if you like something, you'll probably be able to coax me into experiencing it with you.

I've always been a big geography guy - I can name every country in the world, all of Europe's capitals, can correctly place ~90% of the world's flags (The Pan-African colored flags are always a little tricky for me, but I'm colorblind, give me a break).

I've also played games online since 2011, originally on Xbox 360, and then on the Xbox One, and now on PC. My Steam profile is linked in my Linktree below.

When it comes to television, one show sticks out in my mind: Recess (the Disney show that aired from 1997-2001). I've watched it about a half-dozen times for various reasons over the years.

To talk about my favorite movies, it really does change. I watched Scott Pilgrim recently after watching the anime (both are incredible, by the way), so I'd say that that's one of my favorite movies.

When it comes to music, I will literally listen to anything at least once. I love all sorts of music. Except country music - never quite been able to appreciate country music. I like small, independent artists. If you have any good artists, please please send them my way.

Oh! Before I forget. I do go for a couple of sports teams, too: The Saints in the AFL, the Mariners in the MLB, and St. Pauli, Arsenal, and Basel in football.

What is 'Your Fav Is Black? - This is a blog in the same vein as other 'your fav is' blogs. Specifically, I made this blog to celebrate Black and Black coded characters in media.

8. How does a character qualify as Black?-

Well the most obvious answer is that the character will have physical features denoting blackness (brown skin, kinky/curly hair, etc.). Other things that can denote Blackness are speech, mannerisms, displays of Black culture and the like.

Sometimes acknowledgment of a character's race will be outright said in the media or be confirmed by the media's creator.

Racial coding is also an aspect that is used to determine whether or not a character is Black. As with Skeeter Valentine from the Doug cartoon series who is considered to be Black despite him having an unnatural skin color (blue instead of brown), his mannerisms and demeanor lead many Black fans of the show to consider him to be Black coded. A couple of non-human examples of this are Piccolo from Dragon Ball Z and Darwin Watterson from The Amazing World of Gumball.

Darwin is an anthropomorphic orange fish, so one would wonder how he could be considered Black. Well for starters, Darwin's VA [voice actor(s)] has always been a black boy. And Darwin's mannerisms and cadence within the show has always mirrored that of a Black child.

In the case of Piccolo though, he's a humanoid alien from the Planet Namek. Though he doesn't have much in the physical sense that would be reminiscent of Black features (In addition to his VA being a white man) Black fans of Dragon Ball Z feel a connection to him and believe that his character reflects that of a Black man.

9. Well what if I personally don't believe a character is Black?-

Unless you yourself are Black, you have no authority to speak on the credibility of anybody's race/Blackness. I've had my fair share of smart ass comments of people going 'he's not Black he's green! she's not Black, she's orange!'; and I'm not entertaining them with responses anymore. I don't find these types of comments helpful or amusing and if you leave one here, you will be immediately blocked.

Though it comes as a shock to many, Christine had always been in the spotlight. She was a socialite who’d never had to work a day in her life, and that didn’t change after Alex was adopted. Despite the media making them out to be martyrs who were now taking care of a newborn who would have otherwise been abandoned, Christine had little to do with her children before they could talk and walk. Alex was instead raised by nannies and, when time permitted, their father. However, as soon as she was able to talk and walk and sing, Christine was thrusting her into the pageant spotlight. Christine loved putting her in frilly dresses and makeup, forcing her to parade around on stage and perform degrading-ly cutesy acts–and she were good at it. She had a cute little smile and dimples and enough personality to charm the judges with a simple look. Christine basked in the glory that her child was bringing her.

It was around the time that she was 10 that Alex started to pull away from the fanfare she’d known her whole life. She didn’t particularly enjoy singing, even if she was good at it, as it had always just been a way to win another trophy or crown. Instead, she’d found love in art. Whether she was painting or sketching, she was escaping from the hectic life that she’d been brought into. Alex began refusing to participate in pageants, though she was only permitted to stop doing them after she deliberating lost one particular competition. Christine then agreed to allow Alex to focus on her art.. So long as she agreed to begin modelling. She refused at first, but eventually gave in when Christine offered to enroll her in art classes alongside her modelling classes. This is also around the time that Gordie put Alex in therapy, wanting to give her an outlet that didn’t involve her mother, and hopefully begin working on the severe anxiety that she had developed. Said anxiety was only to be expected, her therapist said, when dealing with a mother obsessed with fame and good looks.

Things were smooth sailing from there, up until they landed their own reality show while Alex was 15 years old. The Apple Never Falls Far From The Tree put the family more into the spotlight than ever, and suddenly Alex didn’t have much opportunity for solace. What she did have, however, came in the form of Martin. He was everything her teenage heart wanted, and then some. The “some” being that he wasn’t famous, something that made him seem so much more real to Alex, when it really should have been a red flag. They’d been acquainted through school for quite some time, but he finally started paying attention to her as soon as TANFFFT began airing. She thought nothing of it, however, believing instead that he’d just finally worked up the courage to speak to her. Their romance was a whirlwind one, starting suddenly and skyrocketing. The first three years of said romance were blissful. They were TV’s favorite young couple, attractive and sweet and having minimal problems on display. That didn’t stop what went on behind closed doors, however. Martin was controlling and obsessive, needing to know where Alex was and who she was with at all times, becoming angry and violent when she disobeyed him. She was able to put it behind her though, for the most part.

And then she got pregnant.

Somehow, she had been able to convince herself that Martin would want to have a child with her. They were only 18, but she thought they were so in love. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. Instead, Martin became incredibly angry at her when he was told, literally attacking her with both words and his fists. He left her broken and bleeding at the bottom of a staircase, where Lène eventually found her and rushed her to the hospital. There, they learned that the attack had caused Alex to miscarry. The media had a field day, which Christine cared more about than the fact that her daughter had been pregnant with the child of her abusive boyfriend. As this all happened around the time that college acceptances were being handed out, Alex completely withdrew from it all and settled for PSU, where she’s studying psychology and art.

BABY, THERE'S NO OTHER SUPERSTAR

Alex’s style is extremely casual, the years of being forced into frilly dresses and put on display being enough to turn her off to anything flashy or girly. She’s typically wearing some sort of hat or beanie and sneakers like vans or converse. Although her hair is naturally a dark brown, she prefers to bleach it and occasionally streak colors through her blonde locks. Currently her hair is quite long, but she has a habit of randomly chopping it off when bored.

The McIntosh family have been in the spotlight from as far back as anyone can remember. Beginning most notably with their great-great-great grandfather, Peter ‘Pug’ McIntosh, who played basketball for the Peach Baskets in the late 1800’s. After retiring from the sport, he was inspired to purchase and grow his own orchard, Pug’s Peaches, which was passed down through the generations. All of his male descendants have been big sporting names, right down to Gordon ‘Gordie’ McIntosh, known by his fans and teammates as The Mac. Gordie started out playing baseball for the Boston Red Sox, before transferring to Los Angeles at his wife, Christine’s, request. He now plays for the Dodgers.

Christine was born and raised in Los Angeles to a family of know-it-all socialites, and met Gordie during a trip to his Boston hometown during her early twenties. Despite having never truly worked a day in her life, Christine thinks of herself as a queen and lives the lifestyle. Christine’s best friend since childhood is the famous Kardashian Momager, Kris Jenner, with the two constantly competing to have the most famous and successful family. Like Kris’ family, Christine saw to it that the McIntosh’s got their own reality show, titled The Apple Never Falls Far From The Tree. It has been ongoing for five years now, and is still as popular as ever. Again, like Kris, Christine now considers herself a Momager to all of her children, and pushes them into the spotlight constantly.
