hello berry my dear i’ve been thinking again (oh no) but !!! remember that musician au we were tossing around a bit ago? nicky drops out of the tour, or at least tries to. but what makes her stay ??? or does she leave and take her team with her even though that means that they have to leave behind the friends they’ve made—at least for however long this goes on?

anyway i think about it A Lot and i’d love to hear your thoughts love you <3

Oh I think shes packing up her stuff, angrily scattering to find all her things in all the equipment that over the duration of the tour just kind of all melted together into one big collaborative collection, when Jan and Jackie come rushing in, wanting to stop her.

They have a little bit of a fight, Nicky confessing that she likes them, both of them, and that she can’t do this when that is not an option. Jackie confesses that she has had feelings for Jan for years now, and that Nicky being so close with her pulled her apart at first, but when she got to know the French girl she couldn’t help but feel an attraction, and it all just became so confusing. Jan can’t help herself, she has tears in her eyes at all the raw emotions laid out at once, and simply pulls both of them into a tight, long hug, which neither of them can deny her. They stay like that for a moment, none of them able to tell how long exactly, but eventually Jan looks up, cheeks red, but her tears dried, and looks at Nicky.

„Please don’t go“, she whispers, „I don’t want to finish the tour without you.“ Nicky swallows hard, then lunges forward, catching Jan‘s lips in a gentle, but endlessly meaningful kiss. And Jackie, for some reason, is not jealous. Quite the opposite, she feels all warm and fuzzy inside, a feeling that only intensifies when Nicky pulls away from Jan and turns to her, and then they’re kissing too.

That night, Nicky sleeps in Jan and Jackie’s tourbus with them, and they promise each other to make this work, even if it’s complicated. And, for their own privacies sake, they decide to keep this little thing a secret for now, to keep it just betweem them.

All they make sure to let management know the tour will continue as planned, and also that they’re going to collab on a song that they’ll hopefully debut on stage in a week or two.

The team is confused but relieved, but Gigi swears if they scare them like that ever again, she’s taking Crystal and leaving.

Jankiedoll going ice skating but it’s really just Jan living her ice princess fantasy (Denali taught her how to skate backwards and do a pirouette) while Nicky tries to catch up with her to prevent her from injuring herself while simultaneously having Jackie basically cling onto her in panic, she doesn’t like this at. All.

“Nicky omg Jan’s gonna fall! Make her stop!”

“I’m TRYING Jackie but there’s something clinging onto me-“

“Don’t let go please!”

que Jan hearing all of Jackie and Nicky’s squabbling and stopping and looking, causing Nicky and Jackie to crash into her and they all fall onto ice. Jackie checking everyone for injuries while Nicky is calming her down and Jan looks at them both before she starts laughing. Nicky eventually joins and Jackie follows shortly, giving each girl an eye roll. They all leave with a hot chocolate and many happy memories.

“That was so much fun! We should do it again.”

“Absolutely not.”

“Yeah that is a no, mon mauve.”

idk if this was meant as a hc or mini drabble but im going w the latter so sorry if im wrong lol

“You know she’s going to want all of them, right?” Jackie warned as they walked into the shelter. “Like, this is going to be a whole thing.”

“She can make it into as much of a thing as she wants. The apartment still has a one pet policy and I am not about to lose our security deposit,” Nicky retorted. Despite the sternness in her tone, she couldn’t help but smile fondly as she watched Jan patter around the shelter, cooing at all of the dogs.

Jan toddled back to her girlfriends after a couple minutes. “Why aren’t you guys looking around? Aren’t these babies so cute?”

Jackie chuckled softly and pressed a kiss to her temple. “We will, but you’re the one that’s been begging for a dog, so at the end of the day it’ll be the one that you want.” After a moment, she made sure to add, “emphasis on one.”

She huffed and waved her off. “Yeah, yeah you gave me the whole spiel already.” And with that, she was off, going from one dog to the next and cooing at each of them.

“We’re going to be here until closing,” Nicky muttered.

Luckily for her and Jackie, it’d only taken Jan about fifteen minutes before she’d decided on a dog. “Listen, I know we said just the one but she’s clearly friends with–”

“No,” they answered in unison.

Despite her pouting and huffing, Jan acquiesced and focused on the one dog that drew her in the most. She sat and played with her while Jackie filled out the paperwork, as happy as can be.

“I suppose it’s worth it,” Nicky mused, “seeing her like that.”

Jackie chuckled as she finished up the forms. “We’ll see if you still feel that way when it’s your turn to clean up after it on walks.”

Nicky rolled her eyes. “I finally got on board with this, don’t make me change my mind.”
