author's note ♥: i'm so sorry this took so long to write, but here is part 2! i took a bit of a hiatus but im back, i'll still be a bit inactive but i promise i'm writing, and currently working on some requests!

When you guys reached the girls, Tuk ran up and gave you both bug hugs.

"Y/n/n!!! I missed you so much!"

"So did I Tuk, hey Kiri!!"

When you got out of Tuk's death grip, you made your way to Kiri and gave her a hug. Spider watched as he gave a hug to Tuk. You came back to him and started to drag him to go greet Neytiri and Jake. 

"Y/n/n…do I have to go greet Neytiri?"

"You skxawng!!! Of course you fucking do, for Eywas sake! Honestly Spider I thought you had more manners than this"

Spider looked down at the ground, embarrassed. You notice this and lift his head up, even though you're shorter, to have him look into your eyes.

"Spider…I was joking, but I'm also serious about greeting Neytiri and Jake."

"I know y/n and I'm sorry for trying to avoid it"

Spider gives you a hug and kisses you on the head, you guys stay like that for a bit until you hear a voice.

"Love birdssssss"

You guys hear Tuk purposely drag out the word and pull away, embarrassed. You take Spider’s hand and start to take him to greet Jake and Neytiri. When you guys reach them, you exchange your hellos and you can't help but notice not only Spider is stiff but Neytiri is too. Jake seems to notice this and shrugs at you.  

You four stood there in an awkward silence until Tuk comes running up to Neytiri

"Mommmmmm!!! My feet are hurting and Lo’ak keeps annoying me!"

"Lo’ak! Stop bothering your sister and don't worry Tuk, we're leaving soon" Jake says, looking in the direction of the other Sully kids

"Alright since we’re obviously not hiking up there i think how are we gonna get up there?" you asked confused

All at once everyone opened their mouths to speak which caused a jumbled conversation and a very confused you

Neteyam leaned over while everyone was talking and told you that they'd be riding the ikran to get up there.

"Wait if we're riding ikran whose going with who? I know all of yall except Tuk have your own so who will me and Spider be riding with?"

"I can take y/n!" Lo’ak said from out of nowhere

"Alright if you’re taking y/n then Neteyam take Spider…alright yeah let's grab our stuff and go" Jake said looking around 

After everyone got their stuff loaded onto the ikrans, you mounted it with the help of Jake since there was no way you'd be able to get on it without some help

"Alright let's hope we can get there before sunset at least"

After not even 5 minutes of flying, you got bored. Lo’ak was fidgeting not making any conversation so unless you were going to yell to talk to Spider, there wasn't anything to do.

"You ok? You're awfully quiet and your fidgeting." you asked Lo’ak after anothef 5 minutes had passed

"Huh? Oh uh yeah I'm fine…just thinking"

"You mind me asking about what?

"Uh ummm"

"HEY Y/N/N!" You both whipped your heads around to see Neteyam and Spider 

"What's upp?" you yelled back since it was hard to hear each other over the wind

"You just seem a bit tense! You good?"

"Yeah and so do you spider boy!"

You and Neteyam laugh as Spider sticks his tongue out but of course it hits the exopack

"Ewww spider! You just licked the exopack" you yell, bursting into laughter at his disgusted face

Neteyam watched as you laughed and saw Lo’ak and Spider looking at you with the same kind of happiness.

Oh my Eywa, you were caught in a love triangle and you didn't even know it!

The Way I Loved You-T.S.

The one where you can’t really move on from him(Miles “Spider” Soccoro), no matter how desperately you try

     All the single Na’Vi girls were jealous of you spending the most time with Neteyam. Of course, they knew you were a human girl so you weren’t really much mating competition. It was just the reason he became your number 1 person to hang out with made them mad, you had dated Spider, yep, Miles. But it was so hard to date him when he was so crazy, jealous, angry, and had condescending mood swings constantly, it was the hardest because of the reason that you loved it, you hated it but you loved it, it was such a rush, and you felt real love, you just didn’t know if he did, so you broke up with him.

       You didn’t even know why you had any of your focus still on Miles, I mean Neteyam was the perfect guy, he was always respectful, he gave you compliments constantly, he wasn’t crazy loud and annoying. So you tried, you truly tried to forget about Spider, but the more you tried to forget him the more he popped up randomly, “Oh hey Kiri! Neteyam!” Miles walked past, saying nothing to you, pretending he wasn’t watching your every move. You frowned, why would he be staring at you? Neteyam noticed your expression and frowned, trying to start a conversation, which he succeeded at, distracting you from Spider. 

       You and Neteyam walked to the river with Tuk and Lo’ak, laughing and making conversation the whole time, at the river however was Kiri and Spider, sitting on a rock, their feet in the water as they laughed and conversated. Neteyam put his hand on your shoulder, leading you forward while shielding the sight of Spider from your eyes, distracting you with conversation as you caught just a glimpse of Spider to see him seething and watching you.

      When you all left to stay with the Metkayina it was awkward at first. Staying with the Sully family and trying to help out as much as possible. You had grown friends with Ao'nung although truly sometimes you couldn’t stand him. Spider seemed to hate that. You enjoyed Ao'nung’s company and hung out with him most of your time, as well as Neteyam of course. At some point however Ao'nung had tried to kiss you. You went wide-eyed when you saw the blood dripping out of his nose. “WHAT THE FUCK MILES?!” He looked up at you looking back down at Ao'nung for a moment before his eyes widened. “I-i-...I wasn’t trying to do that.” You stared at him in anger as Neteyam slowly slinked away from the situation.

He felt even worse when you helped Ao'nung up. As Ao'nung walked away Spider began to explain himself, "Y/n, I didn't mean to, he was just-...he was gonna use you." You stared at him, "I-i heard them talking about how you were single so you were easy, or something like that...idk. I was so mad I didn't listen to most of it." He stared at the ground, waiting for your response. "Spider, it's alright." He looked up to see you looking down, tears pricking at your eyes. "H-holy shit, are you okay?" You nodded softly, feeling stupid for crying in front of him. "I still really like you." You looked up at him, expecting a smirk or chuckle, but he had a straight face and his eyes showed that he was speaking the truth.

"Or, I still really love you is what I should say." You couldn't tear your eyes away from his, "I really missed you, Spider." You spoke without realizing it. "I still really love you too." He smiled a little, before speaking. "Please, take me back, I promise I can be a different person." You just smiled, "I missed screaming and fighting to be honest." He chuckled, giving you a soft kiss.

author's note ♥: LMAO HELP I JUST REALIZED I REUSED ONE OF THE IMAGES FOR HERE AND THE MASTERLIST BUT ANYWAYS writers block has been a bit of a bitch lately but i managed to finish this at dinner. help my food took so long to come and it tasted terrible :((

After conversing with Neteyam and Spider for a bit longer, you noticed Lo’ak still wasn't talking, at least he stopped fidgeting and seemed to be listening to yall's conversation.

Right as you were about to open your mouth to ask why, Neteyam beat you to it

"Hey lil bro! Why so tense still?"

You were not lying when you thought that Lo’ak turned like a deer in headlights

"Uh nothing, just thinking, saving my energy for later"

"Pshhh yeah right, all we're doing is setting up camp tonight and sleeping so what's the real reason?" Neteyam retorted

You and Spider both exchange a look of suprise, you guys had never heard Neteyam call Lo’ak out like that. 

Lo'ak was once again saved by Jake this time as he announced that you guys were about to arrive and to make sure no one had anything dangling out 

Damn every single time you were about to find out what Lo’ak was thinking about, someone saves him.

As you guys landed, everyone started to get off the ikrans. As jake went to help everyone get their stuff off, spider came over to you and helped you off.

"Dad's gonna set up camp, do you guys wanna explore a bit?" Lo'ak said, coming up beside Spider

"Yeah sure, let's just not bring Tuk" Spider says

You look up at the boys confused, "why not?"

"Well she usually just slows us down and we have to bring her because Dad says so" Kiri says coming to stand beside you

"Damn alright lets go then" you say as Spider takes your hand

Kiri sees that and sees Lo’ak narrow his eyes at the gesture, goddamn if Lo’ak liked you then why wouldn't he just confess

As you guys explored you found a few pretty flowers that you wanted to pick. Spider saw you looking at them and took you over and picked them

"Guys hurry up! We don't have all day, dad's gonna get mad at us if he sees us gone for so long!" Kiri says looking back at you two.

Spider puts the flowers behind your ear and grabs your hand. Kiri hears Lo’ak scoff behind her as you two make your way to the sully kids

"Lo’ak if you’re going to get annoyed with Spider’s flirting try making it less obvious, do you even know if the two are dating?" Kiri huffs, clearly annoyed with Lo’ak's behavior

"Well I've never asked but by their behavior with each other i doubt it, spider flirts with y/n all the time but i have never seen her once reciprocate his gestures" Lo’ak retorts with an eye roll.

"Hey i think we should head back now, it's getting late" Spider says as you and him make your way to them.

You all agree and make your way back to the camp area

Neytiri immediately starts sorting you all into to groups to sleep in

"Lo'ak, Spider, and Neteyam go over there, Kiri and y/n in there, and Tuk you can sleep with me and Jake"

You all nodded and went to your designated tents

As you laid down, you see Kiri come and sit beside you. You prop yourself up on your elbow, "What's up?"

"Nothing really, i just wanted to know if there was a specific reason you're never allowed out the lab?"

"Oh well honestly I'm not sure. It has to do partly because your mom isn't the biggest fan of us but other than that I'm not sure…"

"Oh alright, i hope Norm lets you come out more, i missed you"

"Me too, good night Kiri"

You fall asleep quickly due to not being used to so much physical activity but Kiri laid awake for a while.

She realized she had forgotten to ask you about how you felt about Spider. She loved Lo’ak and all but honestly she did not think that you two would go well together

Not only that but you seemed oblivious to both boys feelings, so how was she going to break it to you gently that you were caught in a love triangle between your best friend and her brother?

you and lo'ak walk back to the camp in silence, you can tell he's nervous or thinking. whatever but basically he had something on his mind

you stop and lo'ak stops and looks at you, confused why you stopped randomly

"Lo'ak you've been acting so weird this whole trip and don't use the excuse that you're thinking."

lo'ak moves closer to you and sighs, taking in your annoyed expression 

"ive been thinking but i think im ready to tell you…y/n/n i really like you like not as a friend but y'know"

you're taken aback, no ones ever confessed to you before but if you're being really honest you've never seen lo'ak as anything more than a brother

"y/n?" Lo'ak says, moving closer to you to cup your cheek

on instinct you move away, flinching. the only person you've ever let do that to you was spider.

"Lo'ak im sorry but i dont see you the same way" you say

he looks dejected and hurt. you feel bad but honestly you've always seen the sully kids as siblings

"its fine" he says bluntly, turning around and walking off

you follow him until you guys get to the camp, seeing the rest of the group already there

spider goes over to you giving you a hug, after seeing your face

"hey y/n/n what's wrong" spider says rubbing your back as you hug him back

"can we go talk in private please?" you say looking up at spider

he nods and takes your hand and pulling you into a secluded area 

meanwhile kiri and neteyam notice lo'aks face of disgust and sadness?

"hey lil bro whats wring?" neteyam says, putting his arm around lo'ak 

"yeah you look like spider just squished your favorite toy" kiri says laughing, but then pauses "oh shit! did you confess to y/n??"

lo'ak nods and neteyam and kiri look at each other

"well clearly that didn't go well" kiri says snorting, she had made it clear when she had first heard lo'ak talking about y/n that she would like to never ever see them two in a relationship

"hey lo'ak its ok, y'know maybe you guys wouldn't have been good together" neteyam says, patting lo'aks back

little did they know that lo'ak was seething because he knew that it was obvious that y/n had rejected him and spider was probably going to confess to her

"spider and y/n are most likely gonna become a thing and well…damn thats gonna be awkward"

the three of them sit there thinking about what lo'ak had said until tuk pops out of nowhere

"Lo'ak it's ok if they like each other! mom says we have to be happy for each other even if it makes you sad" tuk says giving lo'ak a hug

the older sully kids look at her in shock, they've never heard tuk say something that wise

lo'ak nods, "thanks tuk, I'll keep that mind" 

well lo'ak was right about what spider had in mind when you two went to talk private

when you two got to the secluded area, spider sat you down and cupped your cheeks

"hey baby what's wrong?" 

"well lo'ak confessed to me and well…"

spider freezes, suddenly feeling jealous. did lo'ak confess and you accepted? (a/n ♥︎ - so sorry i have no idea what to call it)

"i rejected him but i feel like things are going to be awkward between me and him now" you finish, looking down

while you were looking away, spider was practically grinning because now he knew he didn't have competition anymore

he took your face in his hands and looked at you

"y/n i know this might be a bad time honestly I've been wanting to do this for a while so…will you go out with me?"

you start smiling like crazy and blushing, you've had a crush on spider for a while and you loved it whenever he was affection with you or called you baby or love even though yall weren't dating

"so i take that as a yes?" Spider says, grinning at your expression

"yes yes yes!! spider i would love that" you say

"well i would kiss you now now but y'know the exopacks" spider says hugging you tightly

you giggle at his response

"maybe we can kiss when we get back?" you say

"that we can do" spider said, stroking your hair, "i love you y/n/n" 

"i love you too spider"

from a distance the sully family watched yall embracing. they were all happy for yall and wondered if this would change things but honestly who cared, at least you two were happy

author's note ♥: ok so funny story i forgot to find the photos and edit them so please ignore how vibrant they are (its hurting my eyes) i might fix it later but idk im lazy lmao, anyways heres pt 4! i honestly dont know if i hate this or not and i feel like it might be kinda rushed

you woke up to spider shaking you softly, it was bright outside which was something you were not used to since you pretty much spent all your time in the lab

"y/n/n you're the last one up"

"holy shit what? why didn't you wake me up earlier?" you say with a groan

"baby we did or at least tried to, i was the last one to try"

Neteyam come in and starts laughing, you glare at him

"why the fuck are you laughing?"

"no it's just that lo'ak owes me and spider since he said there was no way spider could wake you up, but it looks like he did!" Neteyam says gleefully 

you groan and try and lay back down but spider grabs you

"nuh uh y/n you gotta get up" he says as you continue to struggle against his grasp

"I'll leave her to you" neteyam says as he walks out

you continue to fight spider and eventually he gets annoyed so he just tosses you on his shoulder and starts to walk

"shit! spider! put me down!" you say trying to get off

"no chance y/n/n you needed to get up and if i didn't do that you would've gone back to sleep" 

after marching you out to where everyone was he finally put you down

"good morning y/n!" tuk says giving you a hug

"morning tuk" you hug her back

"why was spider carrying you?" Lo'ak blurted out and as expected everyone was staring at him

"uh cause she wasn't going to get up and come out if i didn't" spider says looking at Lo'ak strangely

"why can't he do that hm? you jealous?" kiri says joining in on the conversation

"what no why would i be" Lo'ak says bitterly 

spider knew full well that lo'ak had a crush on you and was going to do everything in his power to make sure that you were not going to end up with him

"alright kids settle down" jake says coming over to you guys

"but things just got so interesting" neteyam says with a pout

you all laugh not realizing the Lo’ak was evidently pissed at all of yall

jake tells everyone that some of yall can go fishing with him, Neytiri, and tuk or go exploring

You all decided that you were just going to go exploring since in all honesty no one wanted to go fishing

as you guys started exploring, you noticed lo'ak kind of lingering behind the group

you decide to hang back and talk to him

"hey lo'ak you good?"

he looks at you like a deer in headlights, shocked that you decided to talk to him

it seemed that the whole time or even whenever you were allowed out the lab spider was always all over you, giving him barely anytime with you and obviously making him jealous. the worst part? you never even tried to stop spider which made lo'ak mad

"yeah im good, why whats up?" he said looking down at you

"nothing you just look pale and upset"

"yeah little bro you should go back to camp, you look like you're gonna faint or something" neteyam says looking back at the two of you 

"alright i guess I'll go…" Lo'ak says turning around

"i can go with him" you say looking at the group "y'know to make sure he doesn't get lost or anything" 

"thanks y/n" Lo'ak says looking at you and starting to walk, you folkowing behind

Kiri and Neteyam turn to spider whose eyes are narrowed and looks mad

"Dude you good?" Neteyam says looking at spider

"Yeah…no… i dont know" spider says sitting down

"Spider you like y/n its so obvious that its kinda vomit worthy" kiri says kneeling next to spider

"Yeah you get jealous whenever she's with or talking to lo'ak" neteyam adds

"i dont get jealous!" spider says looking at the two

"sure keep telling yourself that" kiri says laughing, "but seriously you need to ask her out before lo'ak does"

"we love our lil bro but honestly he's not gonna be good with y/n" neteyam adds

"i know i do i just dont know if i can do it…like what if she rejects me? thats gonna be awkward" spider says

"you gotta try first at least please for our sake?" kiri asks

"yeah alright i will" spider says getting up

"thats the spirit! now lets go so we can get back at a decent time!"
