QUARTERLY VOTERS MEETING – APRIL 10, 2022
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Kent Riedle.
In the absence of Pastor Hoehler, the Chairman had an opening devotion of the reading of Psalm 121.
Motion was made and seconded to accept the secretary’s minutes of the annual meeting.
Motion was made and seconded to accept Frank Figueroa as a voting member.
Motion was made and seconded to accept the treasurer’s report.  
3-31-22 balances: General Fund - $5,558.11,
Together in Missions Fund - $1,224.82,
Building Fund - $3,985.61.
Motion was made and seconded to accept the Mission treasurer’s report.  Total offerings in envelopes for the first quarter was $1,310.00.  Lenten offerings - $138.00.
The elders will wait another three months to discuss the situation concerning Pastor Hoehler.
Motion was made and seconded to begin using the common cup in addition to individual cups for Holy Communion.
Motion was made and seconded to suspend participation in the ‘Together in Missions’ program for the remainder of this year.
Motion was made and seconded to adopt the following resolution: “If someone who is not a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church
wants to attend one of our quarterly voters meetings,
they must be approved to be there by the Board of Elders in advance.”  There was one nay vote by Jeff Lange.
Motion was made and seconded to adjourn.
The meeting was closed with the Lord’s Prayer.

POSITION AVAILABLE
St. Peter’s Lutheran school is seeking a 1st & 2nd Grade Teacher
beginning in the 2022-2023 school year.  St. Peter’s is a Christ-centered LCMS school.  Biblically based, and state recognized.  
SCRIP ORDERS
The next SCRIP gift card order through St. Peter’s Lutheran School will
be placed on Tuesday, May 10th. Orders are due on Monday, May 9th.
The order should be in by May 13th. Order forms are available in the narthex. You may also order by contacting Larry Urban at

using SCRIP to help fill your graduation needs, for other special
occasions or just for everyday use.  Please note that there are
several $5 and $10 gift cards on the new order blank. Thank you to everyone who has purchased gift cards through SPLS in the past.
ST. PETER LUTHERAN CHURCH
The youth attending the National Youth Gathering will be
hosting a Spaghetti Dinner fundraiser on Saturday, May 21
at 5:00pm in the school gym.  Please come and eat before
church and help support our youth!
SPECIAL VOTERS MEETING – APRIL 24, 2022
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Kent Riedle.
There was discussion concerning our church finances.  An individual has made a temporary loan to the church of $5,000.00 to pay bills that were owing.
Motion was made and seconded to withdraw $25,000.00 out of the Selected Shares investment account to cover April through June expenses.
Motion was made and seconded to adjourn.
