Most Anticipated Books of 2024 📚

This Disaster Loves You by Richard Roper - Richard Roper has now written two of my all-time favorites so his next book is at the top of my list for 2024. It comes out in February so not too much longer to go! I’m going to be freaking out over this for many days, I expect.

Just for the Summer by Abby Jimenez - Part of Your World is my favorite romance ever and Yours Truly is close behind, so I have high hopes for this one. I’ve tempered them slightly because I hated The Friend Zone, but that one was her first so at least she seems to be improving.

The Last Song of Penelope by Claire North - Both Ithaca and House of Odysseus nearly made my best books of 2023 list and I am DYING for the next book. The way book two ended?! Omg kill me. But please don’t kill Kenamon because I love him thx.

Expiration Dates by Rebecca Serle - Rebecca Serle has a unique ability to make me a specific kind of sad and uncomfy and for some reason I long for it. I’m pretty sure this will give me that feeling and I’m ready to have my soul ripped apart.

The Wedding Wish by Erin Sterling - Erin Sterling/Rachel Hawkins is one of my favorite authors. I love her humor and her romances. This series in particular has been so cozy and fun. It reminds me of the YA paranormal romances I loved in college but now for grown ups. I was so sad that this didn’t come out this year as originally planned but hopefully it doesn’t get delayed again.

Funny Story by Emily Henry - Of course I’m anticipating the new Emily Henry. Who isn’t?

Happy Medium by Sarah Adler - I really liked Mrs. Nash’s Ashes this year so I’m excited for her next book. It sounds like it may be a bit spooky too, which I’m hyped for. This cover is absolutely adorable as well.
