This took me like all day to answer my bad

(Somehow this basically turned into ADA!Sigma cause that's been on my mind a lot lately. So sorry)

Transmasc <3 uses he/they pronouns

He doesn't actually know how to cook or bake, but if they had the time they would learn how to

Follow up on that, after he joins the ADA (and he will shhh) he does finally learn how to. At first they have a few batches of burned cookies, but eventually get it right.

Brings into the office the things he makes.

Ranpo and him become close over cookies

He's a fast learner, very dedicated. Takes his new job very seriously

They sometimes start to panic when things aren't going perfectly - like what if his new coworkers figure out he's not suitable for this type of thing? (He is, don't worry)

Kenji is good at cheering him up.

They learn some grounding exercises - like the 'name 3 things you can see, 3 things you can touch, etc' - to help with the anxiety

Their first case they're so nervous, but he's with Atsushi who is very reassuring. Would protect him if anything got violent.

Turns out he is actually capable of protecting himself, though. They're also capable of protecting their new coworkers, too.

The ADA dorms are nothing like the rooms he was staying in in the Sky Casino, okay? But, it's an actual home. Somewhere he belongs. (Also, still better than what he had before the Sky Casino)

So, they might not get their cute house they dreamed about before, but they've got so much than they could've ever hoped for

His wardrobe suffers under the ADA paycheck. I like to imagine, though, that at the very beginning he gets clothes from the others. It's such a sweet thing that he doesn't mind so much that he no longer has access to his expensive Casino clothes

Sometimes still misses the Sky Casino, but then Dazai pats his shoulder, tells him that one of the others was talking about him earlier and you know what? Things are actually really good here.
