Prices continue to decline along with inventory. This report compares December data to November data. Sales were only off by 2 units. However pending sales fell 27%. The median sales price declined 201% while the average sales price fell 13%. The ratio of sales price to original sales price was 1% lower. New listings took a 34% hit.
