At the very last second Donatello had somehow managed to reverse the portal the alien general had opened so anyone who was outside during the battle not only saw both get sucked into the opening; perminantly disappearing from the city completely but also they had to watch as New York's four shelled heroes disappeared under the murky dark water yet never resurfaced, search and rescue had scanned and scraped the water they searched for days but when the four turtles were never seen and never found the city set up a memorial to honor them

How fitting that on the day she had to say goodbye the world seemed to cry with her, as she stood there she could feel the eyes on her back a glance revealed several dark figures out on the outer rims of the crowd the familiar face of Karai standing out as she watched knowing she was looking for any sign of the four turtles.

Waiting for something she wouldnt find before in a bright flash of lightning she lost sight of her and the apparent foot soldiers

A strong hand landed on her shoulder as the rain suddenly stopped hitting her not having to look up to know Casey Jones had moved to her side from where he stood in ranks his eye red when he looked down on her, April covering the entire thing on the news yet she could hear the sadness and the tears of her only female friend. Chief Vincent finally started walking towards her as several shots rung out through the air visibly making her jump as each one tore a hole through her heart all over again before for folded flags were placed in her hands clutching them tight as they continued yet the world seemed Frozen around her

All too soon the memorial service was over and people started to leave yet she never moved her eyes trained on the stones and the names engraved deep into the flat surface even though Casey tried to pull her away she stepped forward and kneeled on the grass before the empty graves and for the longest time the man stood behind her his umbrella over her to try and keep her dry but as soon as it's slacked off April gently grabbed his hand and pulled him away knowing the girl needed time

How long she kneeled there was unknown but as soon as she was sure she was alone and the media was officially vacating the area she lifted her body and started towards a familiar ally on a side street; one she had been in millions of times the cover already moved for her open where it had been left for days walking silently through the tunnels taking the long way just in case somebody tried to follow her as took the four flags where they truly belonged

Stepping in through the front entrance the lair seemed way too quiet sighing as she dropped her purse and jacket over the table leaving wet footsteps across the floor before a heavy warm towel was thrown over her head

"The city has officially said goodbye to their Heroes of the Shadows and Leo's girlfriend was even kind enough to attend the service... it was pretty convincing to me and it didn't look like anyone suspected a thing after all Casey and April were in tears- speaking of which how long are y'all going to torture the two of them before you finally just tell them the truth"

Several deep chuckles made her sigh in frustration at the four turtles who were now gathered in the room around her looking at each of them finding they looked better then they had the night this all started. After the fight she had to rush to the lair in tears not knowing where else to go she had went to seek out comfort from Masters Splinter completely distraught over being unable to get a hold of any of the turtles. As she came through the entrance she was immediately wrapped in a tight hug from Mikey sobbing frantically into his shoulder at seeing him alive although he was bleeding from almost every cut her eyes could find before rushing to help Raph and Donnie as they both try to carry in Leo who was in bad shape even though they were both severely hurt

Somehow they had managed to get away although it was obvious their wounds we're not anything less then what she would have expected, Leo's arm was mangled to the point they all feared Donnie wouldn't be able to fix it Raphael even though he was continuing to move had cracked his shell to the point duct tape almost didn't hold it back together even though Donatello continue to move around needing to help his brothers it was clear his leg was worse than ever she had known he suffered from weak joints brought on by an injury he sustained years prior but it wasn't until she finally made him sit down after really seen how much he couldn't walk on it that it became clear he would not only need a cast but he wouldn't be walking around for a few days, thankfully she found Mikey has sustained more of his injuries during the fall and stuff landing on him or a few smaller wounds sustained in the fight he basically just got a few small infections that were easily taken care of two days after they returned home

After fixing their wounds and finally getting them to rest the days following her and Mikey took care of everyone

"Its better off for the city if they believe we are no longer around for a little while longer just to be sure we succeeded in ridding the city of Shredder and that nasty blob of bubble gum" Donnie's voice came from behind her as she eyed Leonardo's arm in a cast keeping him from moving it at all

She walked across the room falling out on their couch before leaning up letting Mikey sit down and placing her head on his shoulder while Leo and Raph took their seats her feet over the leaders lap as the red masked turtle helped Donnie down into the recliner propping his leg up then dropping into his recliner having temporarily forgot how bad his shell hurt giving a pained grunt

It had been a long day and needless to say even though the act had been put on for everyone around her it has been draining and mentally exhausting " I understand... I'm just glad to get them off your scent for a while longer but please, no more funerals I can't do anymore - next time I die too" they all chuckled at her but knew deep down she wasn't kidding

For the sake of some readers dont want to be mutants, I changed it to a "mutant and human ally hangout" but its never really specified so if the reader wishes to imagine themselves as a mutant, please be my guest!

When the brothers got to the hideout, which they'd been told about through a fight with warren stone, the four spilt up. And thats when they met you.

Mikey:

-the orange clad turtle made a beeline for the old arcade games that were set up in a corner

- he saw you from behind, you were currently ruining someone at Mario Kart.

-after you beat this mutant you stood up and threw up your fist in victory

-another mutant, who seemed to be keep track of your winning streak, piped up "And y/n beats yet another mutant! Thats the tenth person she's crushed!"

-he watched as you turned and met eyes with him "any challengers? The great y/n isnt done just yet?" You spoke as you kept your gaze on him

-Mikey smiled and waved, taking a step "sure, dudette! I'll give it a shot."

-the two of you started the race and by the end of it he had won

-a wide smile covered his features as he jumped up and fistbumped the air

-the turtle decided to start with the snack table

Chapter 3

Two weeks later the Shredder kept searching for me almost every night the brothers had to go out on patrol now to stop the foot ninjas. I on the other hand tried to remember my old life I decided to train and realized quick as Splinter did some tests with that I am master on the Kusari Gama. It made me feel much better to know that I was not weak and could fight against the foot if needed too. All I needed was to get stronger as quick as possible, only Splinter watched over me as I went to the gym so I would not go to far, my body was still in it’s healing process from the long coma and from what this bastard did to me.

Inside my head I had now a door with countless locks to keep this memory far away blocked out form me. All that was important now was to safe my family. Even thought they wouldnt want to be saved. I believe they are not as evil if I can change they can do the same.

"WE ARE BACK!" Mikey screams over the whole lair making me stop my training and walk out of the gym over to them.

Mikey is the only turtle I allow to touch me...I dont know why I can’t stand if Raph or Donnie touch me. Leo never tried so I do dont know how I will react to his touch. Mikey hugged me tight and hugged him back before he tells me all about the patrol and how kicked some bad guys butt’s.

Raph walks over and I immedatly back away. He looks down at me his eyes showing that he felt hurt because of me treating him this way. But I cant help it if he touches me I feel like I am back to this horrible place. I know its unfair and I hate myself for it but I could nothing about it...maybe with time it would stop.

"What is your problem!" he growls at me and grabs me by my wrist. I scream and start panicking and my body shakes madly.

"LET ME GO!" I scream him begging.

"NO FUCK I HAVE ENOUGH OF THIS SHIT LOOK AT ME!" he shouts at me. His brothers look in shock at us not knowing what to do. I look in to his eyes.

"I BEAT THIS BASTARD UP FOR YOU AND IF THE OTHERS DIDNT COME I HAD KILLED HIM! SO STOP FUCKING TREAT ME LIKE HIM!" he shouted in my face I could see the anger and hurt in his golden orbs. He lets me go and walks angry past me, I stay there staring before him.

I look down feeling tears in my eyes the hand of my wrist he held on to slowly clenching to fist.

"Elle?" asked Donnie coming closer.

"It’s fine I deserved this Donnie he is right I treat you like you did this to me but you didn’t! I am sorry" I tell him before turn my back on all and walk away to lock myself in my room.

There I took deep breaths before I walked to my bed to lay down and shut my eyes trying to once again make myself remember my old life. I dont know how but suddenly

Flashback

I found myself in a flashback. I was ordered to the Shredder as I walked in the door behind me closed and I found myself smirking at him. "You already missed me my master?" my voice was tempting and low as I looked at this monster like he was the best man on earth. I screamed inside for it to stop as he grabbed my flashback self hard walking me over to his desk to throw his all of it before laying me down on top starting to rip open my blouse and skirt. "Enough talking my deadly flower" he whispered to my lips before I feel his handy wandering down my body.

"NIIIIIIIIIIIIEEEEEEEEEEET! BASCHALUSTA NIET!" I scream and open my eyes my heart pounting in up to my ears this way I didn’t heard my door getting kicked in by someone all I knew I found myself second later in strong arms rocking me while I try all to calm down my breathing and my wild beating heart.

After what felt like hours I finally calmed down and opened my eyes to see to my surprise Raphael being the one holden me. His eyes where still closed as he rocked sitting on his side ways on his lap with my knees up pressed with the rest of my body against the cold and hard surface of his plastron.

"Raphael?" I say my voice really low but it still reaches him and he opens his eyes looking down at me. "I..."

"Wanna scream again?" he asks and wants to let me go.

"NO! Please stay!" I hear myself saying, he stops immedatly and put his arms tighter around me as I start shaking again.

"I am...sorry" I whisper again he only lets out a chirpping sound I look at him in confusion. This makes him blush and look away I use this opportunity and kiss his cheek it was only few seconds but I felt myself blushing like a teen after it while my heart was beating up to my neck. He lets me go and I quick turn my back on him. "Thank you" I whisper with slightly shaking voice.

Raph growls mumbles something before I feel his hand on mine.

"If something I am in the gym" he told me while caressing before he left me, sitting there staring at pics of the guys Mikey made for me. It showed Leo in meditation, Raphael lifting, Donnie working on something while his tongue showed out and him posing sexy for me while leaning on a surfboard.

At the foot clan lair

“Don’t think you can hide from me! You belong to me!" he said and clenched his fist. He smashed his fist against the thick glass as remembered the way I looked at him in fear and disgust.

"Come in!" before the door opened to show Erik the brother of the woman who made him send out his men every night to find her.

"Mister Little what a surprise" he says and walks back to his throne to take sit down gesturing the foot member to take a seat on one of the chairs before him. "What can I do for you?" the master asks the young man calm hiding his anger inside.

"I know a way to get my sister back master" Erik tells him with a evil smirk.

"Oh really interesting tell me" the Shredder fold his hands leaning on them while looking curious at the man before him.

"She needs to think I changed sides, we need to make it look like I am hunted down by you and the turtles to..."

"She is not stupid she will look behind this but if you got hurt not enough to die but enough to make them take you back to the lair, this way you will have two days to gain her trust and get her to leave the lair in the night with you to a place. Let’s say you and your mother managed to flee from me so you bring her to a manhole to her hiding place. If you get there she will be awaited by me!" he smirks over this seemingly perfect plan.

Erik stays silent it was never a good idea to say your opinions  to his sadistic master. He only nods and asks him if he is allowed to leave. "Yeah go to your room I will send Karai for you to make this tomorrow to make the first part of our plan work" the Shredder dismisses my brother.

My brother walks down the floor to the lift to get back to his room. "Its all your fault sis, how can you stay with those freaks? I dont regonize you at all!" he walks quick out and slams the door behind him. Angry he put all in his living room to wall so nothing could disturb his training, he let his rage out in form a hard training with his katana. Enjoying sounds it makes as it cuts through the air.

Same time with the turtles

I leave my room to walk over to Splinter and knock on the door of his room. He calls me in and slide his japanese door to the side bowing slightly as I say: "I am sorry for disturbing you and Leo but I need to talk with you master Splinter and I am afraid it can’t wait" Both look at me I try to be as respectful as possible.

"Leo please leave me and Miss Little for a while" the old rat told his son who nods Leo walks past me I give him a apologizing smile and he waves it off with a slight head shaking.

"Come in and sit down can I offer you some green tea my child?" Splinter asks me with  gentle smile.

I nod smiling walking over to him sitting down before him and watch him as he pours some of the tea in a cup for me. I blow on it before I take a sip and smile wide after it, it felt so good to feel the warmth spreading through my body.

"Thank you its really delicious." I compliment the tea he smiles nodding at me. "I am here because I well I wanted to ask if there is a technique to restore me memories. I still can’t remember much and what I do is confusing me only. So if there is a way to make me remember all at once please show me master Splinter" I beg him while holding on tight to the cup.

"There is a techinque but it could be hurtful, I think it would be better if you let your memories restore slowly by itself without forcing it" he explains to me what I thought he would tell me.

A sigh leaves my lips I am disappionted that he didnt want to help me remember my old life.

"Guess I tried" I whisper taking antoher sip of the tea while feeling his eyes on me.

We meditate in silence I really try to empty my head and get this many thoughts in order but I cant stop them.

“What the fuck is going on here!” A voice far away in my head screams at me, as I get on to his lap and let him take over the kiss moaning over his hands rubbing my back.

Then I open my eyes in shock and quick get off him.

"I am sorry I didn’t...mean to..." I tell him before pull open the door running away past Mikey to my room locking myself inside it.

"What is wrong with me!" I ask to myself while sitting down with my back to the door, wanting to slap me for taking advantage of Leo’s kidness like that!

Mikey: Oh wow, mikey would be so hurt, devastated betrayed, scarred for life. I really think it would change him, if not permanently at least for a few months. He’s always had such a sunny disposition in life, and so for some one he loves so much to betray him to such an extent it would break mikey. He would start crying asking why or if he did something. Then for the next few months (maybe forever) he’d mope around the lair, uninterested in comics or tv shows. Training would be the only thing he did and it would worry his  brothers and even splinter. Splinter would have to drop some real knowledge on mikey, maybe send him on a soul searching journey. (like 2007 leo lol)

Raphael: Yeah im not too sure that raphael would be able to stop himself from killing his first human (unless you were cheating with one of his brothers which is obviously a whole different story) He’d be angry... like angrier then he’s ever felt in his life, it would be intesified by the intense betrayal he is feeling and he would be trying to cover it up with anger. I think after his brothers stopped him from squishing a humans skull, he would continue to follow you after months of breaking up. From the shadows he would watch, but it would only contribute to his depression because he would see that it’s possible for you to be happy without him.

Donatello: I think that donnie would probably try to kill himself, unlike Raph who turns his anger outwards, donnie is self-depreciating. If something goes wrong he blames himself, and does something different next time. This time though, there wouldn’t be a next time. You two would be over for good and when that started to sink in on donnie, he would start hyperventilating or having a panic attack. Then (if he was alone) he would find something to kill himself with, pills or even modified mutagen. His brothers would have to stop him and keep an eye on him and his mental health.

Leonardo: First he would be like “oh we can make this work” and they’d try for a couple of weeks but it would be too late because she already lost his trust. He’d be over controlling, he’d never leave your side, and he wouldnt even let you talk to your friends about what happened. Then when you finally broke up it would be a huge fight like the biggest one you’ve ever had. He’d be hurt because the people he cares about are his team, they are not supposed to betray each other like this. He would also require a serious amount of soul searching and  rethinking.
