I'm indeed good thank you :) awww, sad to hear you don't like podd! to be fair I think it's easy for him to not be people's favorite considering he hasn't had a lot of great roles, whoops. also I personally HATED him in tonhon chonlatee so if you want recommendations... yeah avoid that show lol. actually this ask made me realize that podd hasn't been in that many shows which is such a shame! my favorite role of his is definitely as sun in dark blue kiss, not only do I love morksun so fucking much, but sun is such a fun & iconic character in my eyes, like I loved his backstory of not being accepted by his parents or supported in his dream to open a café, and podd just makes the cutest barista as well & was absolutely perfect as sun! I also loved podd as moodaeng in mama gogo, his cuteness really shined & he was definitely my fave character after annie & chen! I also liked him as joss' brother in 3 will be free, and I'm excited to see him paired with neen in find yourself :) I just really hope he can get a main role again bc they did him so dirty with tonhon chonlatee & he deserves a second chance like khaotung did imo.

Can we take a moment to appreciate the duo storyline format of Love In The Air. Because it's so simple, and yet utterly genius. Especially when you think about the sheer number of BL series we've had where the main couple has turned out to be a massive let down by the end and the side couple has been FAR more interesting by comparison despite their limited screen time.

But with LITA, we've literally got the best of both worlds and the best of both couples. We haven't had Rain and Payu's story dragged out for 12 long unnecessary episodes, we've had them for as long as it's taken to tell their story and we're left wanting more.

And now, after getting sprinkles of them throughout the first half of the series, we've been given the gift of Sky and Prapai's story, in full, immediately after their respective besties. All without having to cause a massive fuss online for months on end until the creators take note and decide to make a spin off, that would probably air 18 months after the original series at best. At which point the production company would be totally different, the directors, the writing team, the editors, heck even some of actors could have changed by then. Making it feel like a completely unrelated show, we wouldn't get the story we deserve as viewers after so much waiting, and we'd just be mad pissed at what could have been. And then there's the side couples that sank like the Titanic with not to much as a whiff of a spin off. No matter how shit it would turn out to be, you could bet your house on us tuning in week after week. Frankly we've been robbed of SO much potential over the years. *cries in MorkSun*

In short, I don't know who came up with the idea to tell Love Rain and Love Sky in this way, but massive applause to them and I sincerely hope more BL's start to follow suit from now on.

I've been seeing people say that Gawin exudes straight guy energy and I'm not sure about how to feel about it. I think he just doesn't know he likes him yet? Or maybe it's only First and Podd who can make Gawin seem more like a gay man.

I think it might have to do with the fact that Gawin looks more masculine than what people have come to expect from bl characters. Like they can't fathom that gay men can be masculine and like men. Not saying everyone thinks like that just saying it could be a contributing factor.

I'm not a gay man by any means so i can't tell if he is a good representation for them.

But as a queer person I think he's fine. I feel like First really made him seem more queer, but at the same time Gawin's chemistry with Krist isn't too bad (at least for now it seems like friendship which is what they want it to be)

okay so I'm sorry but gawin is literally a queer icon for me, his energy & chemistry as mork in dbk & dan in not me is literally PERFECT, and his irl vibe exudes so much soft masculine energy I literally adore him for it. that being said, I feel like this judgment of pisaeng is so fucking unfair?? like yeah pisaeng is a very different role for gawin, he's more popular, masculine, rich, perfect, etc. but his forming crush on kawi is already so fucking obvious imo. but even if it wasn't the case bc they're just friends rn, I feel like it's normal lol, like let the pairing develop some chemistry as the characters actually fall in love. and like yeah obviously after gawinfirst literally INVENTED CHEMISTRY, it's literally impossible for gawin to have better chemistry with krist (it's already a miracle they have any to begin with lmaooo), and even with podd they slayed morksun so hard, but people have no fucking patience lmao it's so annoying. also the idea that people don't see him as queer bc he's too masculine is dumb. 95% of thai bl characters are masculine af whereas feminine characters are barely acknowledged or even the butt of the joke so saying it's just bc he acts masculine simply makes no sense. ALSO I'm sorry but the tension & longing pisaeng has when he escapes his wedding to come kiss kawi instead at the end of ep 2???????? so fucking queer it hurts. gawin brought out his whole ussy for that scene. people are fucking blind. I just feel like people are bringing so much bad faith to their commentary of bmf & it's giving me flashbacks to not me LMAO, let this show actually go on for more than five seconds before complaining please :')))
