Villainous Theory: Why does Porccini needs Illuminarrow and Mawrasite to capture Miss Heed alive?

In the promo material it shows 3 people in the background Porccini, King Cassino (the possible figure which appears at the end of Chapter 3)

And the last one in the middle appears to be Miss Valdoom

According to this, Miss Valdoom is the most successful dominator that is able to conquer 3 galaxies, own a world-wide empire and is a powerful heiress of the Valdoom family, which I assume is a well known Villain family that has long generation ties with BHO like the one mentioned mentioned in the KND orientation video , (and is also a model) all these factors indicate that she is a extremely high tier Villain.

However as shown in Miss Heed's Instagram post, Miss Valdoom encountered Miss Heed and was sprayed with her perfume resulting in her becoming one of her people mind-controlled simps. And to add insult to injury, Miss Heed even referred to her as Mrs. Balloon and had no idea who she is 😂 (or was just pretending to to make her victory look better on social media)

Being a high tier famous Villain, being defeated mind control and overall to be treated that way, is most likely extremely humiliating and insulting to Miss Valdoom pride and reputation, especially by hero, hence after the mind control was broken in Episode 6 (and she most likely one of the Villains who escaped Cosmopolis after the lockdown or perhaps wasn't even there), she sought revenge for Miss Heed and worked together with one of her allies, The Porccini Family to put a bounty on Miss Heed to bring her back safe and sound.

So that Miss Valdoom can enact her revenge on Miss Heed herself.

However there is a possibility that Miss Heed might be fine after she escaped as this comic is probably a prequel to her book coming up soon that she probably published to "clear her name." after being thrown in rehab.

Porccini needed to attend to an important call. That person calling might be Miss Valdoom.
