Say, what do you think Goldheart and Flug's relationship is like if Flug didn't become a villain and worked as a scientist for P.E.A.C.E instead? It is like that Goldheart is a bit older by maybe three years or so and was already a hero by the time Miss Heed saw him on television. Would that mean him and Flug would have never met? Considering that Flug didn't really continue becoming super villain. How would they even meet? What do you think is gonna happen in that scenario?

P.E.A.C.E. Scientist Flug AU (featuring some PaperGold)

I theorized that since there is a villain school there would also be a hero school, my headcanon it's called P.E.A.C.E. Academy School of Heroes.

In the hero school the heroes like GoldHeart would be assigned heroic missions under the watchful eyes of their teachers and mentors and can go on solo missions or fight villains on their own as long as they hit a certain criteria or get a certificate after a stage of their training in school.

The villain school should be the same for Flug.

If Flug ended up working as a P.E.A.C.E. scientist, in the begining he would definitely do work such as invent/manufacture/improve weapons, serums to give powers, ect.

Meanwhile, GoldHeart would still be looking for a hero with super powers and/or anything that can be used to mind-control villains in order to end Villainy forever and made an announcement to give the P.E.A.C.E. heroes, scientist an opportunity to pitch their ideas and in return give a position to be a member or employed under The Golden Rule.

Flug sees this as a good opportunity to advance his career so he submits his proposal to The Golden Rule about using his thesis on altering human emotions (that he created while he was in middle school) to create a formula to end villany forever.

Shortly he was shortlisted and was scheduled to give The Golden Rule his pitch and show them a demonstration of a prototype formula for The Golden Rule.

GoldHeart has never met Flug before this, but has heard many positive things about Flug's work from the higher-ups and other heroes despite only just started working as a scientist a few months ago. As well as negative things from some heroes such as him being weirdo nerd.

When first met Flug during the day he gives his pitch to him and his team, he was absolutely smitten at the sight of the cutie.

He thought that even if Flug's pitch and formula ends up completely garbage he will de initely hit him up afterwards for a date.

Flug starts his pitch on how his formula works and afwerwards demonstration of a prototype of the formula he created with a volunteer test subject.

GoldHeart was absolutely impressed and so was The Golden Rule and decided right then and then that Flug's pitch is the the best and awards him the position as The Golden Rule scientist.

Afterwards Flug got a lab in The Golden Rule and continues to work to perfect the formula to GoldHeart's specifications. And eventually ends up dating GoldHeart not to long afterwards.

When he was asked by GoldHeart he was caught off guard:

GoldHeart, smirks: Cute and smart is there anything you can't do?

Flug, flattered: Aww thank you...*flustered* wait what?

Afterwards even though Flug was only supposed to be a scientist GoldHeart wants Flug to be a hero as well. So one day, GoldHeart asks Flug if he ever cosidered becoming a hero. Flug said he did try to apply a few times for hero training however they rejected him because he doesn't "fit the image of a hero" and because he won't get powerful superpowers if they give him the serums available after they did the tests on him.

GoldHeart responds that a lot of heroes got where there are not just because of their image or skill set but because they have connections and know someone or (or alot of times because they are rich).

And GoldHeart says he believes that Flug can become an exceptional hero. so he will vouch for him to attend hero training.

Flug was touched and agrees.

So Flug ended taking hero training while he is doing his job as a scientist. And despite Flug believing that he should complete hero training first, and learn the theories, basics and scenarios fist,

GoldHeart believes in "learning on the job" will help Flug become a hero faster and was able to convince Flug, desp te his hesitance to go heroic missions and fight crime and villains.

The Golden Rule Members aren't to thrill of Flug being a part of their team, they were already not too thrilled that their team leader dating the Flug who although has done alot to benefit and help out their team, thinks GoldHeart can do better than a nerdy weirdo who won't benefit their leader's reputation, which also might affect their reputation because they are in his team. Having Flug as a part of The Golden Rule would definitely affect their image of being the most popular, cool, and trendy hero group in P.E.A.C.E.

However GoldHeart has already made up his mind and there was no way of changing it and one death glare was able to silence any protest they have about Flug. (So they would often keep their opinions to themselves or just talk among themselves when GoldHeart was not around)

Other heros are also jealous of Flug's fast progress despite having no superpowers and not having an image of a cool hero. And some even believed he only got so far only because he was dating GoldHeart.

So Flug will have to prove to everyone his capabilities as a hero.

GoldHeart supports Flug every step of the way and is quick to vouch and defend him and silence any falsen rumors spread a out him.

He says things may be rough at the start and things will get better. And its just a matter of time before others sees how great he is as a hero just like him.

(Note: If Flug and GoldHeart were dating but did not have the capability if a hero, GoldHeart would not allow Flug to be apart of The Golden Hero, but if Flug wanted to use GoldHeart's fame and to do his own thing, such as starting his own business, he would allow it and encourage it.)

Additionally Flug never went to Black Hat Institute so Miss Heed never met Flug and was never able to steal his thesis.

Hence, she was unable to join The Golden Rule, but despite was still able to become a popular heroine at P.E.A.C.E. (but was still less popular as she foes not have Flug's mind controlling formula to get people to obsessively love her.)

How she managed to become a popular heroine is similar to Villainous: through her father's money and and connections and her agent/community manger Anana Pina helping to maintain her popularity.

During fights her father also hired strong heroes to be her sidekicks to fight and do all the work for her while she gets all the credit and recognition. Something like her dynamic with Omega and Coyote or also something like this (below):

As she does not have the mind controlling perfume she also did not apply to get powers to complement the perfume (see theory) hence in this AU, she does not have superpowers and relies on money to get ahead and often takes credit for other people's work because of her laziness.

Similar to the other heroes, Miss Heed is jealous of Flug despite being similar to her having no super powers as well as his relationship with GoldHeart thinking "THAT SHOULD BE ME!!"

And would glare seethingly at him every time she crosses paths with Flug.

Miss Heed would definitely spread false rumors mouth about him on social media if she could however there was a strict rule in P.E.A.C.E. not to bad mouth any heroes (as it would affect the organization's reputation if they do) and anyone who does so would face disciplinary action from the board (GoldHeart who would not take to kindly to anyone spreading false rumors about his boyfriend), hence she results to complaining and bad mouthing Flug to other heroes and the people in her circle such as her sidekicks, assistants, agent and her hero "friends".

And other methods:

She spends most of the time competing against Flug in everything and tries GoldHeart's attention so that she can prove that she is better than him (most as petty things like merch sales, chocolate bar sales, brand sponsors who can sign the most autographs, get the most likes in one post, modeling, building a sand castle, get more people to arrive at their birthday party, or during team challenges in P.E.A.C.E. hero retreats/company bonding activities, ect) and more fit to be a member of The Golden Rule and GoldHeart's lover than Flug.

(Such as loudly praising her own accomplishments and awards in front of a large crowd in front of Flug or saying how much nicer her costume is at a party)

Flug finds the whole thing rather annoying and dreads the interaction and tries to ignore her baiting but sometimes would agree to her competition due to her utter persistence wearing him down.

GoldHeart is annoyed and angry and would often ignore her and/or yells and threatened her during her attempts at getting his attention or saying anything bad about her boyfriend making her feel utterly humiliated and embarrassed that her crush hates her so much.

And would also cheer on his boyfriend in his competition and would lavish him with praise and affection every time he wins or loses. (He wins most of the time)

Making Miss Heed even more jealous, angry and frustrated at Flug's relationship with GoldHeart. And even screaming and throwing a hysterical tantrum.

Ironically her obsession of beating Flug ended up making her lose her popularity as she starts to prioritise beating Flug over her own reputation which Flug always beats her in the competition when he indulges her at times and nearly all the attempts lead to utter humiliation and make her look more desperate and/or to embarrass herself.

Along the way Miss Heed's crazy obsession with Flug will make her develop some feelings for Flug leading her to kiss him at the heat of the moment during one of their competitions. This caused Flug to be shocked and GoldHeart to punch Miss Heed in the face for kissing his boyfriend.

I actually got distracted 😅 cause I had a lot of ideas, theories and fics while figuring out whether to make First Time for Everything fic a short fic where they went on a cute date or make a long term fic (which possibly might end with angst 👀)

Where they end up in a relationship where Kenning Flugslys and Herbert Leth are dating and love each other meanwhile Flug and GoldHeart hate each as their villain-hero identities.

GoldHeart fantasizes about taking Kenning on heroic dates like flying together and generally having the confort of hsving everthing out in the openbut he thinks it's too soon to tell him as they just started officially dating.

So in the meantime, GoldHeart often flirts with Kenning when he saves him or accidentally or purposely runs into him, in his civilian identity as he believes after he reveals his hero identity to Flug they will both laugh about it because who wouldn't want a hero as a boyfriend? (a villain, especially your Arch-Nemesis cough cough)

Meanwhile, Flug is confused and annoyed why his hated Arch-Nemesis which he often fights with is so friendly with his civilian identity and even flirting with him despite telling him that he has a boyfriend. He concludes that, much to his horror that he might have a crush on him.

For example:

Flug: Can you flirting with me. I have a boyfriend.

GoldHeart: Is he hot?

Flug: That's none of your business!

GoldHeart, turns away smirking: I'll take that as a no. ~

Flug, grabbing GoldHeart by the collar to make him look him back in the eye, offended: YES, HE IS!! AND HE'S HOTTER THAN ANYONE YOU COULD EVER DATE!!

GoldHeart: [literally has tears in his eyes as he attempts to hold back his laughter]

Seeing how extremely loving, loyal and passionate Kenning is about him and their relationship makes GoldHeart fall for him even more but at the same time, after a while he also becomes concerned that his boyfriend might actually hate him. But his boyfriend Kenning love Herbert Leth so he should also have some attraction to GoldHeart right?

Perhaps he took the teasing a little too far.

GoldHeart: Do you wanna get ice cream and fly off into the sunset.

Flug: I HAVE A BOYFRIEND!

GoldHeart: So do I but what he doesn't know won't hurt him.

Flug: YOU DEPLORABLE HERO -!!

But now GoldHeart thinks about it Kenning has acted that way ever since he met him in his hero persona, so there got to be some other reason why his boyfriend hates him.

So he becomes more determined to get Flug to like his hero self. Both in his civilian and hero identity.

Meanwhile, Flug is worried that his boyfriend Leth would break up with him after he finds out he is a villain and often attempts to try to make him see that villains are not as unlikeable once he gets to know him. Also both in his villain persona and civilian identity.

Additionally he often tries to get his boyfriend as far away from the area as possible before he attempts to do a crime to ensure that he would be safe.

This confuses GoldHeart on why his hated Arch-Nemesis is trying to ensure he's not in danger. He comes to a conclusion that, much to his horror, that Flug might have a crush on him and decides uses it his advantage to defeat his Arch-Nemesis and have petty revenge for all the times his Arch-Nemesis has defeated him.

For example:

Flug: Leth going to use this mall for an escape plan. We gotta get you out of here.

GoldHeart: Why are you always trying to 'rescue me'?

Flug: I - I um...I need someone alive to witness my success all the time and I choose you!

GoldHeart, bursts out laughing: Did you just pull out that excuse out of your ass?

Flug, getting flustered and nervous: No-I

GoldHeart, smirks: You like me, don't you?

Flug, face red: W-WHAT- NO I-

GoldHeart: Look, I'm flattered...I guess. But l have a boyfriend and he's the most adorable and amazing guy you could ever meet so I am not leaving this mall until I pick a new outfit for my date. So see ya!

Flug, getting even more flustered at the compliments his boyfriend is giving him but still has to stop him: L-look You look great in what you're wearing and I'm sure your boyfriend would agree.

GoldHeart: Well that does not mean I don't wanna look my best for him.

Flug: There's gotta be something I can do to convince you to leave this place.

GoldHeart: We'll I guess you could help me pick a new out

Flug: Are you being serious?

GoldHeart: Yes, I am being serious. The faster I finish my shopping, the faster you can do your heist.

[Flug's presence made everyone run away in fear at the sight of the dangerous villakn, causing there to be no lines. So GoldHeart was able to finish his shopping within an hour.]

Flug, exhausted: Okay we got everything you asked for, now can we go?

GoldHeart, being petty and looking at his nails: I just bought these new shoes and I don't want to scuff them.

Flug: Oh c'mon, I don't have time for this!

GoldHeart: Then perhaps you should carry me.

Flug: W-What! Be reasonable! I just helped you with your shopping.

GoldHeart: I am being reasonable. You can't do crime while I'm here. So either you carry me or I'm just gonna chill here for a few hours at a cafe until it's time to go for my date.

Flug, sighs: Alright fine! If it means we get out of here, faster I'll carry you.

[Flug gets into position and GoldHeart hops onto his back. Flug struggles to balance his weight and heads off and GoldHeart kicks him with his heels, as you would a horse.]

Flug, stops, outraged: ...Did you just kick me?

GoldHeart: Now who's wasting time? Yha!

[Flug staggers on, disgruntled. GoldHeart kicks Flug again, enjoying himself...while a passersbyers stares at the scene, perplexed and concerned]

Leth made Flug act as a security guard for him and rode him like a horse. And was having a time of his life because of it. When they got onto Flug's plane Leth observes the interior and sees if there is any weakness the plane has so that he can use it against his Arch-Nemesis during their fights. He also acts like a himbo and tries to push every button on the plane to annoy Flug and to understand how the ship works better while an irritated Flug attempts to swats his hands away. Leth also praises his boyfriend relentless infront of Flug thinking it would make him angry because he has a crush on him, only to make Flug flustered. Which makes GoldHeart think he is a bigger weirdo.

After Flug drops Leth off, he attempts his heist however GoldHeart was ahead of him and somehow predicted his well thought out escape plan shocking him. Flug didn't manage to get the loot but fortunately managed to narrowly escape and get to his date with his boyfriend on time. He was greeted and coddled by his boyfriend who seemed to be in a good mood (after being able to defeat Flug easily by tricking him), with hugs and kisses) much to Flug's delight as they went on their date, which brightens Flug's mood and he could forget about his earlier defeat.

This complex dynamic continues on, both of them discovering new sides of each other and until eventually, both of them end up having feelings for their counterparts making them feel guilty because they have boyfriends...

Villainous Theory: The Oldest Trick in The Book

(Spoilers for those who have not read Chapter 1-14 of The Risky Heist.)

Some villain rules I noticed being played out in The Risky Heist is that Porccini is a villain that wants to be a hero which he believes is the new version of villainy.

How he is able to do so is to come up with a plan to capture all the amateur villains, which involves relying on his skills as a professional villain and using a mistake villains usually make to use amateur villains as bounty hunters and lure them to capture Miss Heed in order to benefit himself, the "hero".

Flug mentions in The Missing Cases of Park Orientation Video, is that having bounty hunters go crazy for money and do the work for you is a plan he would prefer to avoid as although it will have some benefits, it will most likely lead to unpredictable problems and their failures gives heroes time to prepare for the final confrontation and says that it would be better for a villain to use a trained army.

Black Hat also mentions that you can appeal to the emotions of a stupid hero as a strategy for a villain is to gain the trust of the hero so you can betray them later. (Rule 104)

This is what Porccini had plan and what had happened. He enticed a bunch of amateur villains to hunt down Miss Heed with a promise of a big cash reward. During the heist while all the amateur villains were causing chaos due to several failures in attempting to get to Miss Heed first leading to the King Casino's casino being destroyed and him losing his gambling business operating licence because of the destruction, the chaos also gives Porccini time to contact Captain Estrada to arrest the villains and his men (or his own armies) to do a clean up and eliminate Miss Valdoom, who was not supposed to be involved in a heist for amateur villains (though I theorized she is not really dead).

Turns out Porccini, a trusted Villain, was just using his villain status and setting this whole thing up in order to make a deal with P.E.A.C.E. to help him take down King Cassino and give him the credit so that he can become a hero.

Additionally, despite Iluminarrow noticing the red flags throughout the heist such as Porcini hiring multiple villains for the job without telling them and Miss Valdoom saying that Porcini is a non-mind controlled Miss Heed simp (although that was proven false later on) she still chooses to go back and warn him of having a double agent he employed (with of possibly of getting rewarded to pay for her rent for it of course) because she i respects and looks up to Porcini as the most powerful mafia boss in the city. Partially her make judgements based on emotions (and it's also impossible to believe that a powerful high ranking villain is working for the heroes). Hence, Porcini also successfully implementing the Rule 104: gain the trust of the hero so you can betray them later, being acted.

Porcini's plan was good and even though Iluminarrow, Mawrawsite and Humiko managed to escape at first, he would succeeded after he got the police to bring those to to them if he just kept his mouth shut.

Which, I theorized that if he did King Cassino would have killed Humiko for lying to him and wasting his time. And afterwards Porcini would have probably killed Iluminarrow and Mawrawsite making sure that no one aside from P.E.A.C.E. knows about his plan and he was able to become a hero by exposing King Casino as a villain.

Ironically, Porocini's downfall is also making an amateur villain mistake of monologuing about his evil "heroic" plan, which gives time for their friends to rescue them, leading to King Casino finding out and P.E.A.C.E. betryaing him because of this.

Because of Iluminarrow successfully able to execute her plan of tricking Porcini by executing Rule 72: Hide your true intentions until you find the right time to strike.

Another irony is that despite P.E.A.C.E, being a "hero" organisation, they made a smart villain move by betraying Porccini only after he is no longer useful to their plan and also rule doing Rule 104 of gaining the trust of the hero so you can betray them later.

Flug mentioned in The Guide for an Evil Conquest Orientation Video that villains should only betray any alliance they made only if they know that the former alliance won't betray them.

Even though Porccini saw that the police were arresting his men and were going to arrest him. He's obsession of wanting to become a hero still made him carry forward in directing his anger towards killing Iluminarrow, Mawrawsite, and Humiko.

Bonus Rule:

Porcini also acts Rule 532, which is, a high caliber villain doesn’t get into direct combat unless the situation calls for it.

Throughout The Risky Heist, Porccini only sends out his men to do the job, however he got into direct combat when he had to face his enemy, against King Casino and snapped and had to fight Iluminarrow, Mawrawsite, and Humiko and that one police officer when he snapped because his plan was failing.

I imagine there's like a event for heros where Flug and Demencia are instructed to invade and steal information. The two end up having to diguise themselves as heros in training (Flug being annoyed at the fact HE'S the one wearing the dress) in order to get acess inside

Eventually there's a portain of the event where the heros dance with eachother forcing the two to find a partner to dance with in order to blend in-

and unlucky for flug he ends up having to dance with goldheart and tries to play it cool with goldheart striking up a small conversation and asking questions like "How come I've never seen you before?"

During this time goldheart manages to find out its flug and waits till the two are alone to confront is arch enemy. When flug realises his mission could be at stake he takes a hidden weapon and tries to attack goldheart-

Only for goldheart to grab his arm and spin him around and pull him in a salsa like dip. The two end up dancing together while flugs trying to attack goldheart the entire time

It was supposed to be a simple mission but nothing ever goes simple for the villainous gang, especially if you add Dark Phantom and Ghoul to the mix.

Villainous Theory: Golden Rule Headcanon PlaceHolder Members and Real Life References, And What Might Happen In The Clash Between The Golden Rule and Team Black Hat based on that:

It's not revealed yet. I made some headcanon placeholder members for my fanfics based on the Villains in the show.

I also theorized that The Golden Rule Members are Seven Nobles but not all Golden Rule Members are Seven Nobles. (As Miss Heed probably would have bragged about it on her social media profile like her Golden Rule Member Status (refer to theory below for more details)

Villainous has reference real life events to shape their show. For example P.E.A.C.E is based on the United Nations. Alan mentioned actual real life events happen in Villainous.

(I also made this theory on Flug awhile ago.)

I theorised that Ringworm's Statue references the Angel of Independence in Mexico City.

Hence based on this, it might be far fetched or I might be reading too much into this 😂 but, I theorised that The Seven Nobles might be a reference to the Seven Nobel Houses in Brussels.

I kinda imagine The Seven Nobles having their own table similar to The Justice League but it looks something like this logo from The Seven Nobels of Brussels, but instead the middle logo has P.E.A.C.E. logo, their own unique Seven Nobles Logo, or The Golden Rule's logo and each logo surrounding it represents their crest.

The Seven Nobles formed, since the start of P.E.A.C.E. and are a group of heroes who have civil, military and economic leadership over all the heroes in P.E.A.C.E.

Members of The Seven Nobles are responsible for defending one of the seven important P.E.A.C.E. cities which they are assigned to.

In addition to their judicial, administrative and military functions, the heroes in the Seven Nobles were also benevolent and concerned about the needs and well-being of the lives of citizens, leading them to even sacrifice them to sacrifice their lives in order to save countless lives and protect their city.

The long lived and rarely threatened authority of the Seven Nobles was based on a multitude of common interests they shared with P.E.A.C.E. as well as their selfless dedication to protecting the innocent.

However ever since the new administration of P.E.A.CE. , the current members of The Seven Nobles are reserved exclusively for the members of The Golden Rule and the leader of Seven Nobles is the leader of The Golden Rule (aka GoldHeart)

Similar to their predecessors, The Seven Nobles are responsible for defending one of the seven important P.E.A.C.E. cities which they are assigned to, as well as the additional Golden Cities under their rule.

GoldHeart asserts his team's advantage and authority on P.E.A.C.E due to his teams' memberships in The Seven Nobles, allowing him to have participation in the city's government and power and authority that superseeds P.E.A.C.E. authority and cities government, in his The Golden Cities which extends onto his onto his Golden Rule Team not bein Seven Noble Members. (such enforcing secure restrictions to as not allow the P.E.A.C.E. officers into their Goldne Cities without The Golden Rule's permission and having a reputation that the officer knows that SunBlast won't make it out there alive)

However in 20XX, since the terrible events that occurred in the City of Cosmopolis, Villainy has increased at an alarming rate throughout the country new cases of villains committing robberies and atrocities for no apparent reason appear on a regular basis.

The super hero Goldheart continues his efforts to raise awareness about the dangers of villainy by leading a series of demonstrations in the most important cities in the world. (Golden Cities, I theorised)

But the fight against villainy continues everyday by these brave heroes.

The increased efforts against Villainy (including arresting several of them in Mictlán) led to an eventual clash between The Seven Nobles and Team Black Hat in the members respective cities.

The eventual results led to the downfall of The Seven Nobes and The Golden Cities.

The defeat of P.E A.C.E's top heroes caused shift in balance of power towards the Villains led citizens to fear the downfall of P.E.A.C.E. is next.

General Falchion is taking drastic measures to ensure this will not happen.

I have a theory that the polar opposite of black hat is magician (or who I'm assuming is magician) from podimous bailar. If you compare magician's design with black hat's there seems to be a lot of similarities. Like their build and height seems to be the same. Then their clothes seem to be different with magician having his coat collar down instead of up and having his coat closed instead of open like black hat's.

Hmm...they kinda look similar, Alan mentioned in a Q and A that we won't see the character opposite of Black Hat "in the first season" that will provide him a challenge.

It could go either way as I am not sure if the orientation videos (or comics refer to when General Falchion appears in thebcomics below) are considered Season 1 or the photos of Copper and Magician without their faces showing are considered them appearing in the show.

And we might see either Copper and Magician in the future episodes...

However, Alan also mentioned that Black Hat is the embodiment of evil, so there’s an embodiment of goodness to balance him like yin and yang and we’ll hopefully get to see him someday.

The Podemos Bailar, is known for forcing members to join their group so considering that, Magician or Cooper might not be the embodiment of good.

The important P.E.A.C.E. leader that appeared at the end of The Shrunken Rescue (which I theorized to be General Falchion) might also not be the embodiment of good as P.E.A.C.E. is known to do shady things (that could possibly cause wars), have heroes which have not such a good personality like Miss Heed, as well as covering their tracks to ensure they still look like the hero in people's eyes, such as using memory erasers on nurses working in their rehab, hiding Miss Heed's actions and the reason for her arrest, betraying their allies to save their reputation and reinstating her as a hero again because she was able to buy it back because of her father's money and connections.

However Alan also mentioned that nothing’s black and white (except BH and 505), villains aren’t all that bad (like Penumbra) and that they’re all grey, as well as the heroes.

So the embodiment of good and opposite of Black Hat may not be an entirely good person.

Lawful Evil vs Lawful Good

Black Hat is a perfectionist, signs contract and has multiple rules that teaches Villains how to be good Villains.

Hence, we can categorise him as being lawful evil which means anyone that follows a strict code, hierarchy, or system for personal gain at any cost.

So I theorized that Black Hat's opposite is a lawful good which means anyone that promotes the greater good, while following established procedures or rules. (What defines as greater good in P.E.A.CE. or the Podemos Bailar might be a stretch)

And as mentioned above, villains and heroes are morally grey, because of this Black Hat is also is willing to make deals with people who aren't actually villains, because there is no true evil or good.

For example, in Episode 3 Black Hat made a deal with Adelita who was considered a villain by P.E.A.C.E. because of her suspicious behaviour due to the dissatisfaction of the new P.E.A.C.E. administration, to fight Pedro who is still actually a hero but is mind controlled to do villainous things, hence is considered one by P.E.A.C.E. despite still doing heroic deeds before being mind controlled.

Conclusion

Hence, I conclude because of this points that in addition to being lawful good, since there is no true evil or good, the opposite of Black Hat is also not 100% completely good and might also be helping morally grey people as well.

Thinking about it perhaps Cooper/Magician or Falchion possibly might fit the "opposite of Black Hat character" as they do work with morally grey people things for their definition "greater good" and they want to defeat the embodiment of evil.

But it feels like it's not likely as I still feel like they've done too many grey things to be considered the "embodiment of good".

Hence most likely there might be a third character not yet introduced that will provide Black Hat with a worthy challenge. 👀
