In 1948 the United nation declared 30 articles related to human rights. Human rights are the legal rights of every human. The UDHR is a milestone document that proclaims the inalienable rights to which everyone is entitled to as a human being. These rights are for everyone whatever’s their colour, race, religion, sex, or nationality. Human Rights Day is celebrated on the 10 of December every year.It is really important to know the importance of human rights. Every life count because everyone plays an important role in building the world we see today.10 December is the day to make sure that people realize the importance of human rights and how much it is so important in re-building the world around us. It is a need to develop solidarity among people of the world and make our world a better place to live where everyone gets their rights equally.The main goal of Human rights is to create sustainable development goals known as SDGs.SDGs help progresses human rights. United nations try to put Human rights as their main goal and work on bringing peace in the world.Some of the main key points for human right are

1.End discrimination of any kind.The goal of human rights is to end any discrimination among people of different societies. It's not an easy task but it can be and made easy by creating awareness among people on how to do more for the society around them.

2.Address inequalities: In a time of need and crises give rights to people in need of it by providing economical and cultural rights to them

3.Create solidarity: Making ways to create bonds among individuals from the individual level to government and inter-country level. We need to ensure the voices of the most suppressed and weak inform the recovery efforts.

4.Sustainable development: In a need of the hour to make people realize the importance of sustainable development.it plays an important role in improving and promoting human rights. the 2030 Agenda of human rights and the Paris Agreement are the cornerstone of a recovery that leaves no one behind.

5.Education for everyone: 

Human rights tell that it is right of every person to get an education so they can prosper in life. Education brings reforms in society that brings big changes in the world.

Islam teaches us the importance of human rights. Our beloved Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) told us the importance of the rights of humans. Uqbah ibn ‘Amir reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace, and blessings be upon him, said,“No one is better than anyone else, except by religion or good deeds. It is enough sin for a man to be obscene, vulgar, miserly, or cowardly.”So we come to know no one is superior to anyone so everyone should be treated equally and everyone should be given equal rights. 

Again in the Quran, it is mentioned that“O people, we created you from the same male and female and rendered you distinct peoples and tribes that you may recognize one another. The best among you in the sight of GOD is the most righteous. GOD is Omniscient, Cognizant.”Quran also teaches us the importance of education which is the right of every human. One can’t prosper in life without getting an education. 

On many occasions, the Prophet told the importance of getting an education. Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) said that “The seeking of knowledge is obligatory for every Muslim”.

These days it's not easy to get an Islamic education and very few people do try to provide Islamic education to people. Seerah Foundation is working hard to give Islamic education to people. Seerah Foundation is working to provide Islamic education to kids in Africa that have no direct access to the internet so this Foundation provides Islamic education to those kids who want to gain Islamic education that can reform their lives. This is a good way of teaching them about our religion Islam and to make them realize the importance of Islam.

Di pekat gulita peradaban manusia Islam menjadi cahaya. Mampu menembus hingga sela fikir dan rasa. Yang masih menyenangi dusta.Yang masih menyahabati maksiat durjana. Tapi lazimnya sebuah cahaya, ketika menyentuh tubuh-tubuh yang terlanjur terlelap dalam mimpi dan angan, beragam reaksi ditampakkan. Tak semuanya lantas menggeliat lalu bangun dengan mata berbinar. Sebagian mengerjap-ngerjap, silau mata sesaat, tapi tak lantas menuju cahaya, mendekat. Sebagian yang lain enggan, menarik selimut bernama kemalasan, menutup tirai bernama kesombongan. Merelakan diri tetap terlelap lebih panjang. Sebagian bahkan meluapkan amarah karena kenyamanannya terganggu cahaya yang sejatinya memberi penerangan. Sejatinya membangkitkan. Sejatinya menggerakkan. Sebagian yang tersisa memicingkan mata awalnya. Tapi menyegerakan bangkit ketika tersadar cahaya gerlap benderang yang menerpa. Bersemangat menuju cahaya. Mendekat dan tak ingin kembali gelap selamanya. Lalu .... Dimanakah posisi kita?
