Working on getting out a comic tonight, but my shoulder is giving me grief. I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow to get it looked at finally. Lets hope it isn't haunted.

#i tried to do the beighton test at home yesterday and all the joints that clearly passed are fine today #except my hands hurt but thats normal. ok my shoulders hurt too but thats normal. #anyway my fucking KNEES hurt so much. that was the only one i wasnt sure if i passed or not and i didnt push too much #it hurts a lot today tho i even took a gabapentin to try and see if that helps lmao #everyone i showed my videos to got freaked out and my mom said she suspected i had this??? I THOUGHT THATS ALL NORMAL #i didnt even bring eds up to my mom beforehand i just showed her and she was like yeah i thought u might have that. Hit my knee hard real hard. Making unable to get up by myself. However I luckily I remembered there is booping on Tumblr today and my dog attacked with loves.

#I gotta stop falling #also somehow the last time I fell and like flipped to having my back on the ground. #today my left knee the last time my entire right side #I'm in pain. #today I slid to a cabinet but I somehow hit the one single spot not covered by stuff with my left knee so I got my left knee with tile. #second time in two weeks that I fell and just stayed where I was cause I hurt to badly. #(normally even if I'm in immense pain I'll get up and get to where I need to be.) #at least last time it was carpet and the most I had was scrapped. this time I got straight knee to ground #doesn't help I over exercised yesterday and my shoulders hurt. #like what is it with me and pain. #especially so painful that I almost always need help getting up. #I would not make it completely on my own right now with the pain that the world gives me. #all my tags just got of order and I'm too lazy to fix it.

its very unpog of cigna to deny my diagnostic spinal mri and require six weeks of treatment before they’ll pay for it. when it’s a diagnostic MRI. they don’t know why im in pain. come on cigna its disability pride month!

#the hawk speaks #my knees have been hurting when hiking for like.. 10+ years #i thought it was just normal that knees disliked going down steep hills for long periods of time #but no it just turns out that my knees were chronically inflamed but it wasn't bad enough to the point that they hurt all the time #unlike my hips/back/shoulders #so yeah today i hiked a mountain and experienced zero pain on the way down which kinda blew me away #i mean i didn't have pain in canada either but the trails in banff are much easier to descend than the trails in new hampshire #so i was fully expecting knee pain and it never came #i also felt fucking amazing the entire time i was hiking #like we hoofed it up the mountain pretty fast and i felt really energized and strong the entire way up #i am really looking forward to hiking the whites this summer #carnivore diet wins again :')

I find it a little funny how much of my pain management relies on the principle that, occasionally, joints need to be loudly and forcefully clunked back into place
