WellieWishers 14.5” Dolls:
1. Elle Kobayashi (Emerson)
2. Winnie Robinson (Willa)
3. Michelle Douglas (custom Kendall)
Each of my 18” dolls are 12-13 years old, and my WellieWishers (their younger sisters) are 5-7. Truly Mes and custom dolls have their backstories included in their post, while historical and GOTY dolls stick mostly to their AG story.
Each doll is a modern-day girl, but she also has a specific aspect in her designated era. For example, Julie can be in her aspect as a girl in 1970s San Francisco or as a girl today. Think that one post describing Greek mythology with Barbie.

My Josefina had the most splendid birthday party last week, which was attended by a grand total of 33 guests! It was so big, that we had to hold the party in my aunt’s backyard in Arizona.
Tumblr media
There are 34 dolls in this picture, which includes my entire American Girl collection plus my mom’s 11 dolls and my aunt’s 9 dolls. As you can see, there were so many of them that everyone had to wear name tags!
Tumblr media
Here’s my collection in the bottom row, starting from Kaya (second from left) and ending with Rebecca on the right in the white dress and including the Wellie Wisher. They are Kaya, Antonia (#11), Addy, Kanani (Girl of the Year 2011), Ofelia (#66), Josefina (the birthday girl), Sierra (#55), Marie-Grace, Cecile, Kirsten, Felicity, Sariah (#15), and Rebecca. Sitting down is Wellie Wisher Emerson (but I renamed her Yerin).
The three dolls standing on the wall are my mom’s Emily, Josefina, and Nicki (Girl of the Year 2007) dolls.

The rest of her collection starts with Jess (to the right of Rebecca in the white dress) and includes both Wellies Willa and Camille. The rest are Jess (Girl of the Year 2006), Molly (rewigged), Janelle (#26), Lanie (Girl of the Year 2010, rewigged), Ruthie, and Nanea.
Tumblr media
My aunt’s collection includes from left, Carlos (#75), Jessie (#30), Marcie (#63), Chrissa, Samantha, Michelle (#56), Kit, Moana (#23), and Josefina. (That’s my Kaya in the right of the picture).
Tumblr media
All of our Girl of the Year dolls, in chronological order: Jess (2006), Nicki (2007, rewigged), Chrissa (2009), Lanie (2010, rewigged), and my Kanani (2011).
Tumblr media
And, of course, the Josefinas! That’s my baby girl in the middle, looking beautiful as she turns ten years old. My aunt’s doll on the left has a Cécile wig and was given the name Rosie. My mom’s on the right took the name Esmeralda. I think it’s so neat that we all have the same doll, and yet all three look vastly different from each other.
