When Apollo opens his eyes, he realizes two things. One: he was cold (which he learns is because someone had stolen the blanket from him), and two: the sun is shining right in his fucking eyes.

With an undignified huff, he turns away from the offending light and instead towards a much more welcome view. Graves is still fast asleep, and already he looks as smug as he can be all huddled up in the sheets. Apollo pulls the sheets back to where they were covering them both, and laughs when the other man wrinkles his eyebrows in response.

Apollo gets a few moments of warmth before Graves is inevitably stealing the sheets back. He snorts. "You, my dear Commander... are a blanket hog."

Graves lets out a sleepy groan, and pulls the sheets over himself when Apollo moves, effectively letting the light shine in his eyes for a change. "Cold," he mumbles through a yawn. "Smells like you."

With another laugh, Apollo faces away from him, but moves over closer. He breathes out a content sigh when Graves immediately latches on, an arm over his side and the sheets finally covering the both of them again. His breath catches in his throat when Graves' hand brushes against his stomach. "You needn't ask if all you wanted was an excuse to hold me."

"Wasn't asking," is all Graves says before pulling him closer.
