OC HALLOWEEN CHALLENGE 2023. day three - october 3rd. BORN IN THE WRONG CENTURY.

If ‘Savages' was set in modern day London. Faina Belova and Aleksander ‘Alex’ Morozova had a young teen love that ended when Faina left to study abroad in France and Alex returned home to Russia to see his mother.  Years later, both return to London and an old spark has ignited, little does Faina know, Alex has become obsessed with her, he left Russia months after they split up and watched her, studied her in France.  When bodies start to drop around Faina, she starts to suspect Aleksander and must try to keep him satisfied while she investigates, the problem is, she’s in love with him. And he knows that.

Movies depend on a lot of things, but time and place helps create the ominous feel for it. Like Crimson Peak that belongs to the revival gothic period of 1880s or Jason Voorhees waking up on a spaceship in the year of 2455, give your character(s) a new decade to explore and even monsters to face.

this is very verse dependent, in general, but i’ll try to break it down.

canon… her teammates, the only real family she’s had in a long time - stark (though she’s loath to admit it most of the time, rogers (arguably one of her best friends), barton (arguably one of her longest friends), banner (less of a friend, but she’d still do anything for him), thor (also less of a friend, but still a member of her team). nick fury - a kind of father figure to her, despite some questionable decisions he’s made in the past. maria hill - one of the only people that really trusts her, even if recent events have severed their relationship a bit. james (logan) howlett - another pseudo family member who’s been through some shit with her. matt murdock - they worked well as a team, semi-well as a couple, and she’ll always have feelings for him. james barnes - verse dependent because she doesn’t remember their relationship, but he’s very important to her story. yelena belova - this may seem like an odd one, but she cares about yelena like a sister, if not one that’s gone astray. jessica drew is the best-friend-wannabe that nat pretends to be annoyed with but not-so-secretly adores.

oc/non-marvel… faina ( @khakeravdova) takes on a yelena-esque role with nat, though without the assassination attempt. nat looks at her like a younger sister, someone she needs to be a role model to. caiden ( @indissoluta ) is someone that nat cares about a lot, but hasn’t really expressed to him. oliver ( @greenarrxw)  and nat have what on the surface appears to be a very casual relationship, but there’s something more to it. ana ( @silverskins) means the world to nat, and she would do anything for her. bryce ( @gritandtragedy) is one of the few people she thinks really understands her, and i mean have you seen how hot she is? :P also while nat isn’t quite sure what to make of him yet, killian ( @piraticalwit) somehow elicits a warmth from her (even if, again, she’s loath to admit it).

Meet Faina Belova. The only ‘Star Summoner’, later turned Crow. Her first name means ‘light’.

She’s um, old lol djejejejje. A Star Summoner is rare like a Shadow and Sunlight one. She can use tiny bursts of light and create supernovas. She reaches Ketterdam after fleeing Ravka. Why she was fleeing? Well, her and The Darkling were almost certainly in love with eachother and she knew he was NOT a good bloke and couldn’t bring herself to leave him. So she faked her death and RAN.

Since I’m one episode in, @bravelittleflower has been teaching me about amplifiers. She has two because fuck it. I am ALLOWED OP ocs, it’s fanfiction, it doesn’t matter. She kills something when with the Crows, and makes it into either a bracelet or necklace. I need something cool. Also she has one The Darkling gave her, but she left it behind when fleeing, and he gives it back to her when he finds her alive.
