I found it amusing how Boldon’s expressions seemed a little messed up. First he would frown at the bear, then smile at it, and then frown again. Everyone is wary of bears!

@flustered-flux here you go! the 36 needed shrines to get the master sword, in the easiest order
to start; the three dueling peaks shrines (as well the one by proxim bridge and the stable)
follow the road, get bosh kala, then activate the tower. climbing up the north slope of dueling peaks (grab the korok if you so desire), glide to the opening between the two peaks on the south side, then climb around to shee vaneer, glide back to shee venath, glide down to ree dahee, then to the stable.
from there, you can go to hateno and kakariko for two shrines, as well kam urog (take the first left after hateno fort; there is a quest)
dah kaso, visible from the cryonis shrine, is easily glideable, but it is a minor test of strength (perhaps after some of the others)
(that's eight, btw)
from there, teleport back to bosh kala, and head north to riverside stable. following hylia river until wetland stable, you get two more. heading east, daka tuss is available (i believe there might be a guardian nearby?). back up north by the water, sheh rata, and following the river to woodland stable, where the road to korok forest is easily followable.
now, with the four shrines in korok forest, there's a total of seventeen of thirty-five needed
back to dah kaso (or gliding from cryonis to avoid climbing, follow the road to the desert and grab three more (healing items will be needed for joloo nah's quest) with a small amount of climbing.
(at this point, to test if you could survive the trek to gerudo town at night using only the warm doublet, i had to go buy one because I sold it)
traversing the desert at night is possible, so head to gerudo town and get daqo chisay. dako tah (wait. wait. dakota) is a nearly straight shot north from kara kara bazaar.
korsh o'hu (seven heroines statues) is available with a bit of work, bringing our total to 23/35
over to lake tower (if you have it), glide to hylia bridge, land on top, set a fire for morning, and grab one of farosh's scales. taking the road south from there (taking the left split), you can grab pumaag nitae (minor test), and head to the spring of courage
back to pumaag nitae, take the other split, head to highland stable. pumaag nitae again, left split on the road further down to lakeside and continue on to lurelin
(28/35)
dueling peaks once more, go nearly straight south to tota sah. from sheh rata, head east to the road to zora's domain and grab soh kofi by the tower
now, on the assumption you don't want to start the divine beast quest, take the other split by soh kofi up to foothill stable. from there, traverse cephla lake to reach sah dahaj.
back to foothill, take the road south, take the split to the east. past akkala falls, dah hesho (minor test), then back to the road up east akkala stable.
back over to rist peninsula, grab the orb for ritaag zumo, which, if my math is right, is the 35 you need to get the master sword! I'm never looking at botw's map again
