報告遅くなりましたが、 NABBA WFF JGP 2022 フィジークモデルで2位クラシックモデルは4位でメダルには届きませんでした。今回体は変わらないかなり良くなっていたと思いますし、2週間前よりも調整が進み、かなりハリがある状態で出場することが出来ました。ですが、フィジークもクラシックも共にポージングの改善点が多く見つかりました。クラシックに関しては経験が浅いこともあってステージに立ちながら他の出場者を観察しながら改善することが出来たのですが、フィジークに関しては比較審査時にポージングで大きくミスをしてしまい、アウトラインを小さく見せてしまいました。ですが今回は今までやらなかったポージングを試したことで自分の身体に対しての認識が変わった事が大きな収穫です。とりあえず今年のまだ予定していたコンテスト出場は見送ることにしました。少しのミスくらいでは順位が入れ替わらないくらいの圧倒的な身体を作って来年のコンテストに備えます。応援して頂いた皆さまありがとうございました。 #nabba #wff #physiquemodel #mensphysique #classicphysique #classicmodel #nabbajapan #bodybuilding #fitness #muscle #クラシックモデル #クラシックフィジーク #メンズフィジーク #フィジークモデル #ボディビル #筋トレ #ダイエット #トレーニング #フィットネス #ボディメイク #減量 https://www.instagram.com/p/CiZR5o3rb1P/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

Those of you who have heard me talk about AI have heard me talk about reinforcement learning, a machine learning paradigm which has transcended the need for labeled input/output data sets. This form of unsupervised learning was employed by Google’s AlphaGo in preparation for the five round Go tournament against Lee Sedol in 2016—it learned by playing against itself. Butterflies first emerging from the chrysalis have to force fluid from their abdomens into their wings which then exudes through tiny pores in the wings, dries out, and renders them capable of flight. This is accomplished mostly via the mechanical resistance of its body pushing against the shell. The point here is expansion. There is nothing inherently good or bad; there is only that which integrates and that which segregates.
